  Amazing and Wonderful stay.

  I have to be very honest when I first read the reviews about this place I very sceptical. We booked our stay for my wife's birthday 3 nights from October 10 to the 13th. Not only were we pleasantly surprised about our accommodations but to top it off Astamana Villas manager and staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, kind and accommodating. Our first night, we got there about 5pm and had not had dinner and the front desk staff offered to cook us food as we were so tired from the journey. This type of hospitality continued through the rest of our stay. I can not say enough about the staff and manager. They made sure my wife's birthday was a special one. I can honestly say that our stay at Astamana was an unforgettable one. The manager sat down with me and my wife the following morning and asked us what are our plans and how he can help us accomplish what we wanted to do. Everything from arranging a motor bike rental to restaurant recommendations and places to see. I want to thank Atamana Villas and their amazing and wonderful staff for making our stay both wonderful and unforgettable. We love our stay so much that this review was written the night before we check out. WE DONT WANT TO LEAVE. Thank you Astamana Villas! We cant wait to come back. We will miss you guys!

  Fraud Hotel!!!

  Was booked this villa for my stay on 28-30 December. On the 19th of December, I called the villa if there is any possibility if I reschedule my booking period and yes, they Whatsapp me but I didn't reply at the moment, but then I confirm the reschedule on 27 December through a phone call and they were OK with that. I got a call on 29 DECEMBER that I can not reschedule because my confirmation was D-1 of my booking period and my hotel voucher has been forfeited. Of course I complain and they don't listen to me at all but only blame me because I didn't reply the whatsapp although they had confirmed my reschedule date on 27 December. The staff won't give me the number of the owner because the owner didn't give a damn about the customer. Then I talk to one of the staff that would help and he said to me that the owner actually on that villa now but she doesn't want to know what happens and ordered all the staff not to help me unless they want to get fired. And yes, the staff who help me he got fired. It turned out the owner intentionally making a story that I don't reply the whatsapp on 19th December and that was my fault she said and THE OWNER SOLD MY BOOKED ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE!!! This is not the first time she fooled the guest, I was the 5th victim.

  Deception

  Please do not book this villa. I have been waiting 5 months for a $587AUD refund. The manager, owner lie and the fact that this property still exists on website bookings is a disgrace! Do not advance pay if you are stupid enough to book the property. As an experienced traveller this is the best "con" ever and it has been referred to Australian and Indonesian tourist boards.

  Disgusting and terrible

  Was a disgusting and terrible villa.Do not book ur nxt holiday to this villa.Dont be fooled by the photos.I was so disappointed with this Villa.So dirty..The pool was not clean..The kitchen cabinet was so old couldnt even open it or close it..Bathroom was disgusting..The list just goes on and on.I meet up with the supervior her name was Ayu and try to scam us.We book this villa through Airbnb and with her story she said she hasnt recieved the money hahahaha seriously this woman is unbelievable.We hv nuthing to do with her.She was so unprofessional.till this day she still contacts my partner telling us she hasnt recieve the payment from air bnb.We already recieve our receipt from airbnb.We hv nuthing to do with her anymore.Pls do not stay in this villa.She will scam u and try to get money from anyone.Disgusting villa ewwww

  Astamana Villa -

  Disgusting! Should be closed down ! Booked and paid last week $830 Aus ,got there ! The place should be closed down . Not 4 star at all ! Ceiling falling down ! Mould everywhere,cupboard falling apart! Stayed 30 mins and left . My family couldnt stay there ! No refund! Told manager in Jarakta?? Booking .com ! Should not be advertising this property. They manager charged us to travel to main area of caguu Disgusting and unethical! Neither booking.com or Villas will give me my money bank !
