StayOne of the best whilst looking for decent price accommodation in Perth. Clean comfortable apartments with easy access to freeways and a variety of shops nearby. Perfect for a family stay as rooms are self contained with a complete kitchen and laundry facilities.

FabulousWe had a fabulous apartment, very happy with it, if there is anything to complain about would be we were on the 3rd floor, which was great for the view, thankfully the chap in reception to our cases up as we are in our 70's and was a bit to hard for us, so could do with a lift? And could do with a ceiling fan over bed in main room. But in saying that our stay was the best.

stayed for Two weeks, had everything we rquiredWe stayed here four two weeks, excellent service by excellent staff, good rooms full kitchen. nice location near south perth foreshore just 5 minutes walk, also 24/7 grocery nearby . Lodestar also has laundy in the room, so very happy overall

Reception FailManagement of disruptive guests is non existent! This complex has some units which are privately owned for example air bnb units. Should a guest staying in on of these units be disruptive- bashing on doors and screaming at 1:15am the front reception refuses to do anything!!!!! I was told I had to call the realestate myself or the police!!! This is not called management this is called passing the buck!!!!!!!!

Has PotentialCan't decided if the bad outweigh the good with this one. It's close to the freeway and just out of the city enough to not be in the hustle and bustle, it has spacious rooms, comfy beds, a big bathroom (beware of step!) and all the facilities you could want. However, some parts felt like we were staying at a 2 star backpackers. There were stains and a burn mark on the chairs, dirty marks on the walls, blood on the curtain leading to the balcony, the toaster had a build up of other people's crumbs, the range hood was thick with oily dust and dirty hand prints, there were ants in the dining area and in the shower (which was tiny) and the pantry was dirty. We chose to pay extra when booking for a room with a view of the river (the only difference listed between the room we chose and the cheaper option), but the only river view (in room 215) was from the balcony but was 95% blocked by a tree. Parking is around the perimeter of the complex and the driveway is a very tight squeeze for anything bigger than a hatchback. A good location, decent sized rooms with good facilities and definitely has potential to be very nice if it was cleaner, especially given the current situation with Covid-19.
