  Gone into liquidation do not book Booked and paid 100% in advance for April in January - have just been emailed to be told company has gone into liquidation. I called the property and the same was confirmed. Do not book a room here (their website is still up - beware!).

  Gone into liquidation. Do not book Booked and paid 100% in advance for April in Feb- have just been emailed to be told company has gone into liquidation. I called the property and the same was confirmed.  Do not book a room here (their website is still up - beware!) Also told will not be receiving refunds. Literally got the email as i walKed out of the hospital with my first baby. Lets say emotional wreak is an understatement. This company would have known for months they were in trouble and still continued to book rooms and take peoples money.

  Did Not Get To Stay

  Like others we walked into the hotel expecting to get our room only to be told that they were going into liquidation 6 hours earlier. We were not happy as we were flying back to the US early the next morning. Luckily we were able to secure another hotel down the road based on the desk staffs recommendation. I have stayed at Ascot on previous visits and have enjoyed it immensely but it was a shame that they continued to send us confirmations of our stay right up until the night before. Luckily we booked through hotels.com so was able to secure a refund. Feel bad for the people that work there and the guests that were inconvenienced but feel they should have had a better communication plan.

  great place to stay

  It is clean and accommodating, close to amenities and the pool is fantastic along with the views of the river. Loved sitting on my own verandah and chilling out overlooking the pool. Has good furniture

  Perth Disaster

  Booked and paid November 2018 for a 4 night stay in June 17th to 20th 2019 only to get off the plane and whilst waiting for our suitcases at the airport got a phonecall from Virgin Holidays advising that they were notified this morning that the hotel cancelled our booking. As per previous comments NOT ACCEPTABLE ON THE DAY YOU ARE BOOKED IN. Virgin managed to find us another hotel but it stuffed our holiday up. Beware they still show on holiday sites but definately closed.
