    Clean, quiet and friendly family hotel

    I was in Ankara on a business trip. My business place was a bit further down from Golbasi - a town near to Ankara. This hotel proved to be an excellent choice. It was situated right next to the highway linking Golbasi to Ankara. It had ample parking space, although it tended to fill up when the hotel was reserved for weddings. During these times the friendly valet took care of the car. Downtown Ankara was also easily accessible. The staff at the reception were courteous and friendly. I stayed at the hotel for nearly a month - so the restaurant menu seemed a bit repetitive at the end!

    Wrong Personel!

    The hotel looks nice but the it is not really as it looks like. The reception service was not professional at all. Communication was poor and difficult.They were not experienced personel.The rooms were clean enough but the breakfast and restaurant was so bad.It is certainly expensive if you think the bad location and poor service.

    Generally OK

    Only had a one night stay here on business recently. There seemed to be only one person on that spoke English but the service was generally good. Unfortunately, both the bar and restaurant were closed at about 10pm when I arrived. Breakfast was sufficient but I was disappointed to see the juices were put out in cartons and the only coffee available was sachets of Nescafe instant.

    A better service than before - third time lucky

    My latest stay at this hotel was by far the best. The staff I had dealings with all spoke perfect English and were extremely helpful. I had to move rooms because of problems with the key card. The second room was lovely but the only problem was the shower head holder was broken so had to hold the head while showering.

    I am enjoying my 8th night at Asrin Park Hotel and Spa in Ankara.

    Staff speaks English from maids to office personnel. Extremely accommodating to business travelers, helped me with printing business documents and scanning documents. Excellent location. Spa and pool clean and fresh, gardens lovely. Breakfast included. Rooms large, internet, mini bar and full bar in lobby. Assisted with sight seeing trips around Ankara and to Cappaoocia. Highly recommended. My husband's first choice for business travelers in Ankara, he has stayed here 3 times previous.
