  Week Getaway

  We were so pleased to walk into our suite and immediately see the pride of ownership in the cleanliness, smell of freshness and mountain decor. Phil, Dot and Ryan are a great team and have adopted all the COVID-19 suggestions and requirements. The best part, tho, is how they do it with joy and and hard work. We cant wait to go back! Those swings on the lawn by the river are just for us, especially when the elk stroll by. Love you, Aspen Winds!!

  Excellent property and management

  We stayed in a full kitchen suite on the upper level (#2). The room was clean and in good repair. The small waterfall/rock damn was right outside off our deck, so the soothing sound was great. The next best thing about this property is the management. Phil and Dotty (?) are fantastic. My wife and I came to enjoy our 40th anniversary and other than the COVID restrictions, all was good. The only downside it we had a hillbilly family with kids in the unit below us who were noisy and fished in the stream all day, so we could not go sit by the water.

  Estes Park Adventure

  Excellent location for hiking in RMNP and close to town! Super clean with beautiful views of the mountains and the river which runs through the property. The owners truly care about their guest! The kitchen has everything you would need. Coffee, tea and toiletries were available in the room.

  Definitely Stay Here!!

  I'm currently sitting on the deck to my room listening to the water and watching an elk about 10 feet from me eat some grass! At check in I immediately got a warm and friendly greeting from the owner and the place in general has a very homey and peaceful vibe about it. We reserved a King suite and it's immaculately clean with a comfortable bed,lots of space,and jet tub where you can watch the elk. The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge/freezer,microwave, toaster,coffee maker, and all the utensils you need. We stopped at Safeway when we got to town and have been able to prepare meals here. The location is really nice, about 2 miles from RMNP entrance and a short drive to downtown Estes Park,so not too busy and not too secluded. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again.

  Great room, bad neighbors

  To start of, the reservation process was seamless and 100% online. Check in was a breeze, they have a unique key system utilizing a number pad so there is no physical key. The room was exactly as shown in the add and even had an electric skillet, flat ware, and plates so we cooked breakfast, a nice touch. The view of the river was amazing, even though it was winter and frozen. Now, the upstairs occupants obviously had at least one kid, no big deal. However, the kid was noticeably running from end to end. They did maintain the usual quiet hours of 10PM-6AM, but at 6:15 like clock work, it was race day again. Great room, wont return
