  "A lovely 5* resort"

  Upon arrival our rooms were clean and in good condition (as to be expected from a 5-star hotel). The weather was generally 34 degrees during the duration of our holiday so the AC in our rooms was a key feature and did not let us down. The mini-fridge was stocked up with 2 bottles of water and 2 small cartons or cherry or peach nectar juice every morning. Because we stayed at the hotel during the Covid-19 pandemic the restrictions meant our food had to be served to us by the waiters and everyone was required to wear their mask in the restaurant. This experience was a little annoying because we had to point out the food we wanted (as well as the amount) whilst the waiter's walked beside us. At times they looked very frustrated which made us return to our seats without exploring the foods properly. Breakfast included cereals, boiled and fried egg, fruit and varied styles of Turkish bread. Dinner included rice, seasoned turkey strips, chips and other dishes that my children preferred not try out. There was a nice array of cakes, mousses and fruit for desert. My kids particularly enjoyed the fruits for both breakfast and dinner as they were remarkably sweeter and juicer than the ones we have in England. My disappointment was that there were was no European foods like pizza's and sausages for the children to have. There were other parents who shared this same issue. With the All-Inclusive option my children enjoyed the ice-creams at lunchtime as well as the burger and chips and unlimited drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful and reception was open all hours. Their English was pretty good and they were able to communicate clearly. We experienced some unpleasant situations from guests in the first 2 to 3 days of our holiday but this soon changed due to friendly staff and their interactions with us. The hotel restrictions meant that the bowling alley and kids club were closed however my four children had a great time in the pool and on the water slides. My wife and I used the Turkish Spa and frequented the gym, which had to be booked and had limited usage. All in all we had a great time and would return if given the opportunity.

  Great!

  Great hotel with perfect services! We had a great time and would recommend it for most family's and friends wanting to check it out! Great animation tasty food multiple choices and cleaning is superb. Privacy is of upmost importance but assisting you is just as high of an priority. Pool is untill 18.00 a good time for the weather to be at a perfect degree. Once again a great recommended hotel for everyone

  Asia Beach Resort is one of the most excited hotels that i ever visit. The animation team is also a funny and relax so you can talk to them all they about everything. About the restaurant is the food very fresh and delicious

  The Best Hotel in Alanya

  My brother and I have visited Alanya 7 times since October 18. We have always stayed at different hotels however after our experience at Asia Beach we feel we have definitely found THE HOTEL. The staff are all amazing we became friends with most of them. The animation team are brilliant and will brighten up your day for sure. We plan to visit again in November and hope we find a good deal to stay with you again. The hotel is clean, rooms cleaned daily, food is ok (was restricted due to COVID) The location of the hotel is perfect you can take a bus to central, taxis are usually a press of a button away!

  The best holiday ever

  We have just returned after 2 weeks from asia beach hotel what can i say amazing hotel vey clean and very covid 19 safe. This hotels staff are what makes this hotel so great we made some really great future feinds everyone at hotel front of house desk to cleaners to managers ,Owners of this huge hotel gave us the very best customer service. I have stayed in hotels in turkey and around the world tripple the price but on customer service asia beach is the best. I would like to say a special big thankyou to these ppl in particular Yunus emre.murrad,nezaket and guney from the spa 1 of the owners yilmas, Muhammat (joker) Hussain (bellboy), uzlen ice cream lady .Hassan from entertainment team. A big shout out to night manager Ibrahim all of these guys have a special place in my familys heart who genuinely care about the guests and hotels high standard.Nothing in this hotel was too much to ask for.A special Thankyou to Kamilla(guest relations) who arraged a special suprise for my wife on our 8th year wedding anniversary. This hotel is mixed in terns of guests from around the world so go and experience a amazing stay at asia beach dont let negative reviews cloud your judgement. We are from england and at 1st thought we would not get on with Russian ppl as we dont understand each other but ohnestly lovely ppl. The rooms are very big really good wife and ice cold Aircon and really modern rooms as it was built in 2016 I would strongly advise if you are going here for relaxation do check out the spa as the prices are very cheap for uk standards and also anazing therapist's from bali ,indeonsia and turkish. The food was pleanty and lots of choice. I would just like to Say A BIG THANKYOU to asia beach for having us for 2 weeks and a unforgettable experience. We have ready booked to return in May 26 2021 we cant wIt to see you again. Love from KHAN Family .
