  Un hotel centenario muy moderno y bonito

  Bonito hotel la gente es muy amable y servicial .. Sin duda regresaría lo único negativo es que no hay muchas opciones para niños en el menú de la noche y los restaurantes están lejos es decir hay que tomar carro .. Otra cosa negativa es el parqueo tienes que usar el valet parking en todo tiempo por lo tanto a partir de 1 de junio el parqueo no esta incluido en el precio sino hay que pagarlo por día supongo .. Lo bueno que la playa esta a algunos pasos

  Manager was rude. No mask.

  Long story short, last minute Groupon deal. Woman at check in tells us she cant find it. Woman puts her face right up to my wifes face and phone to look at her screen. No mask. 1 foot away. Then she keeps telling us she has computer troubles. Now weve been in the lobby for 35 minutes. I call her out. So, only guests have to wear masks? Not employees? Then she claims shes been behind glass and 6 feet apart. Total lie. Finally get our room. This woman was apparently the manager. Terrible service skills. Not impressed at all.

  Great location and staff

  The staff was very nice. We like to go to the beach during off season when there are less people. However that means most shops are closed. We ate at Breakers downstairs for dinner one night, and the Wharfside Cafe for breakfast one morning. Both were very good, food and service. The one complaint I would have is that we stayed in the older "newly renovated" wing. The renovations were ok, although still felt dated considering they were only done 4 years ago. We had room 301, which was an oceanview room with a balcony. The balcony was nice, and we could see the ocean, but there is a street lamp right in the middle of the view! We checked in on a Thursday, barely anyone was there, why would they give us that room, or at least not let us know beforehand? You're laying on the bed and there is a pole right in front of you. and the bottom slotted windows, which cannot be opened, also hamper the view. Overall a nice place, but some of the design seemed questionable.

  Not a good night!

  I had to write to the Ashworth today because of our unsatisfactory stay last night. When we checked in and went to our room it became apparent that the room had not been properly cleaned which is quite disheartening especially in todays times. Our tub was dirty, the coffee maker still had prior old coffee grinds sitting in it, we had a half a roll of toilet paper and 1 facecloth. Additionally, the extra blanket was thrown haphazardly in the closet. I also understand the hotels smoking policy that nobody should be smoking in the rooms but the smell of marijuana was so strong it filled the entire hallway both last night and this morning. I appreciate that we venture into medical marijuana etc. so that's almost by the wayside but the cumulation of all this stuff just did it for me. Also, at 130AM the room next to us was still partying up a storm being loud and completely inconsiderate. I did call the front desk to complain and I believe someone did come up to speak to them. I just don't believe we were the only room affected by this. This morning while getting in my car in the front of the hotel I tripped off your sidewalk and split the area above my eye opened. As a healthcare worker it concerns me of the less than sanitary conditions we were in. It is unfortunate because I've /friends have always had a pleasant experience at your establishment.

  Birthday Weekend

  Off season, Saturday night stay. We had the Boardwalk to ourselves. Kinda surprised how many shops close down during the off season. No vending machines. There s a commercial cooler in the lobby for drinks and snacks. The bar was open with entertainment...
