  We have probably stayed at the Ashworth going on eight times and because each condo is individually owned each experience has been different. Some condos were recently renovated while others could use some sprucing up. While it is always easy to find something to complain about I have always had an enjoyable experience and obviously will continue to come back. We go every September to S.O.S and love the fact that all of the clubs and shops are within walking distance. The Ashworth is on the oceanfront and has a beautiful beach . It also has a fantastic outside hot tub and lazy river which I get in both each and every day. I have read a lot of negative reviews but I dont think I have ever stayed anywhere that you couldnt find something to complain about if you really wanted to. I think its very good but not perfect...nothing ever is.

  Ashworth 807

  We stayed in the Ashworth 807 for the month of October. We loved the location, and the condo was nice. It was upon our leaving that we ran into some trouble. After returning home, I found a charge go through my bank account. I was not notified about this, and when I called they said it was to cover damages. They sent me pictures of the damage, but we did not create the damage. We do not go around and damage property that we rent, if anything we leave the property cleaner than we arrive. I had been renting from Elliott for a number of years and never had any problems. Because we did not have any pictures of the unit when we left they refused to reverse the charges. My advise to other renters, is take pictures of everything before you leave any unit, I would not want anyone else to go through what I went through.

  Unit 604

  My family and I stayed in unit 604. We found the unit on condo worlds website. It was 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom. It was perfect! The unit was clean and very spacious! The parking garage had plenty of space. They have four elevators. There is a security guard on duty at all times. They have multiple pools and a lazy river. The lazy river was closed while we were there due to Covid 19. The property is ocean front and we took advantage of that amazing ocean view. We would definitely stay again.

  Ashworth 105

  This was our first time staying at The Ashworth. We've been coming to the area for close to 30 years. Unit 105 is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom on the first floor above the walkway to the beach. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. The appliances seemed new and in good condition. The rooms were very clean upon arrival with plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals for the week as we ate in often due to Covid restrictions. This unit is privately owned and rented. The owners are wonderful to work with and made sure they were available if we needed anything. The pools were nice but crowded. The lazy river was closed due to Covid . The large sundeck and walkway to the beach is great! The walkway made dragging chairs, towels and toys to the beach a snap. It is noisy on the balcony but once the doors are closed sound doesn't travel in the unit. We would definitely recommend this property and will hopefully rent again!

  Ashworth Unit 302

  Do not recommend! Read other reviews first. Wish we had! It needs to be downgraded from its current status for sure! We have stayed at The Ashworth 3 times. While neither of the 1st 2 were in tip-top shape, unit 302 was the absolute worst. The unit is beyond dirty & needs a professional to clean it. A maid service is a waste. Master bath shower was disgusting with built up mold, & the ceiling fans were coated with grime. Tile floors were so dirty we wouldn't dare walk barefoot. We were notified the unit was cleaned & ready for check in. Really? Sand on glass dining table, dirt on floor in all rooms. Two of the four balcony chairs were broken as was the coffeemaker. These were replaced after reporting. The realty company did have the room vacuumed....somewhat. Under the bed had not been touched in months! Found thick dust when I had to retrieve a shoe kicked under the bed. This unit needs a complete redo as baseboards & walls are dirty and some drywall damage. The only positive for the unit itself is the layout and ocean view. The Ashworth exterior properties are well maintained and enjoyable.
