  Excellent

  We visited Ashlea Guest House for a couple of nights on our way back up North. What an absolute gem of a place. We were greeted on our arrival by the hosts who couldn't do enough to help. Room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, everything cooked to our tastes. Wouldn't hesitate to book this place again when in the area.

  KEPT ME WARM

  I spent the day quietly in a room at Ashlea while waiting for my wife who was in the nearby hospital. I was so glad to be warm rather than sitting in the car for hours on end. I was given a good welcome and certainly couldnt fault the.cleanliness. It felt very safe in these Covid times!

  Excellent As Always

  Well after a very trying year for all concerned to be able to come out for the first time in I dont know how many weeks and having to stay over night , our trip staying at the Ashley Guest House was as excellent as always x. We were greeted by Julie & Ayman with their masks on , there was hand sanitizer on the desk and everything was as clean and spotless as it always is. Breakfast we only ever just have cereal and toast thou a full breakfast would have been cooked for us even thou we were the only one there x Julie was the ultimate hostess bringing everything to our table and just nothing was too much trouble I cannot recommend this place higher , you just cannot beat a warm welcome in these times ( and such comfortable beds ) and hope to see them again next year once circumstances change Many Thanks , Pay them a visit , you wont be sorry xxx

  Clean and very comfortable stay

  Very comfortable beds and good sized room for passing visit. Ayman is a great host and very accommodating. Couldnt make use of breakfast facilities but wasnt an issue. Parking behind guesthouse is great. Do be cautious though when first arriving as its very easy to miss as the entrance is right by the traffic lights.

  Excellent stay, highly recommend

  I booked to stay for 3 nights prior to an operation at The New Foscote. Julie and Ayman were exceptional. Extremely clean accommodation and they were very accommodating. Due to covid, breakfast sandwich (which was delicious), banana and carton of drink was brought to my room and left by my door. Got food delivered from Just Eat which Julie and Ayman kindly left by my door again. Really comfy bed and pillows which makes your stay so much better. Would highly recommend. Great job Julie and Ayman!
