  Cosy and welcoming

  Our hosts were kind, funny and professional. Our ensuite room for 3 was lovely and comfortable. Hot breakfast m. Toast, cereal, fruit- all delicious. Walking distance to all the sites and restaurants. Recommended for couples or a family of 3.

  Beautiful accommodations at a great price

  I enjoyed my stay here so much! My room was perfect...cozy, clean, bright, and beautifully furnished. I had the smallest room (by choice) and was prepared to feel cramped, but there was plenty of storage, and it actually felt very spacious to me. (It was MUCH better than either of the more expensive places I stayed in London.) Breakfast was delicious and served very promptly every day, and I very much enjoyed chatting with my hosts each morning. The location is fantastic, and if you do the Hop On/Hop Off bus for the Shakespeare sites, one of the stops is just down the street. I highly recommend this establishment and hope to go back again someday.

  A short break

  Easy to find and plenty of off street parking for your vehicle. Great shower. Nice and warm. Clean, quiet, good food and comfortable bed. Great location to town centre on foot. Highly recommended. Would visit again

  Great B&B, near town centre

  Very reasonable rate. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent Wi-fi. Friendly proprietor, very helpful about tourist attractions. Excellent breakfast. Parking provided. Short walk to town, theatre and river. Thoroughly recommended

  Ideal!

  Perfect base for visiting Stratford. River, theatre, historical sites a very short stroll away - owner provides a map, though you can't really go wrong. Position especially good when attending the theatre in the evening - great only to have to walk down two streets afterwards. Station is equally close. I had one of the single rooms with shared bathroom, although there was never any trace of another person around the bathroom, which was spotless and had a good, if rather embarrassingly noisy, shower. My room was small but had everything, including good hanging space. There's also a sink, so you don't have to go to the bathroom every time you want to clean your teeth or wash your hands. The toiletries were appreciated! The room was very clean. Breakfast was tasty and generous and the owners friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Stratford, this is where I'll stay - and will be recommending.
