  Small exclusive safe guesthouse

  This is a small, safe friendly and luxurious guesthouse. The rooms are spacious and sumptuous and the breakfast excellent. Service is questionable and the welcome was strange, I thought it was the cleaning lady checking me in. It is very safe and secure and I will be back.

  Ash Manor delivered excellent service with my stay in Bryanston. Attention to detail and going the extra mile is how i would some up this unique little guest house. Eveline was awesome and even walked with me to my training centre a km away :-)

  Excellent, safe and beautiful

  Excellent, safe and a place to visit again. Clean and quite. Staff is so kind and helpful. Breakfast (incl) was great, and we enjoyed a great dinner (not incl) that we order from the menu in advance..

  great stay

  nothing short of amazing! friendly staff as well. room was cozy and warm a home away from home. beautiful yard with views and a pool. was offered a lovely breakfast as well. will see them in the new year for sure.

  The room was comfortable and clean. The accommodation is very quiet . The location is close to a market center where you can find food and groceries. There's a kitchen for self service which helps a lot. There was an unlocked door from the bedroom with access to another part of the main house. I haven't experienced any disturb however I recommend to lock it for privacy purposes.
