  Great location

  We had a relaxing 2 night break. Great location, 15 minute walk from centre of Harrogate, and even closer to the convention centre. An extremely comfortable and good sized room. Great shower. Breakfast was delicious. Very good COVID awareness. Staff were helpful and friendly. I loved the detailing on the dining room ceiling. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

  Weekend away

  Absolute gem of a find. Spotlessly clean and staff and food outstanding. All Covid restrictions firmly in place so felt very safe. We stayed in room 10 which had everything you could want and a beautiful skylight to boot. Breakfast fabulous and nothing too much bother for anyone. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.   Fantastic hotel!

  Loved our stay at Ascot House Hotel! Doing the pre-checkin on line and then collecting the keys was a smooth and a welcoming process. The rooms were beautiful, decorated lovely and can honestly say the beds are so comfy! Parking is available which is an added bonus. Our evening meal was great - huge portions and very tasty - compliments to the chef. Breakfast was also terrific. All the staff we met are lovely and welcoming. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

  Lovely hotel, great location for exploring Harrogate

  Nothing really to fault about our stay at Ascot House hotel, the turret room we occupied was great, plenty of space and tastefully furnished. The room overlooked the adjacent road and although there was some traffic noise it was never an issue. We ate at the restaurant on one evening and although a little lacking in atmosphere due to the hotel being quiet during our stay we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and if required would have happily dined there again. Breakfast was great and we really appreciated all the food being freshly cooked and served on hot plates. All the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating and the covid measures were reassuring without being overly regimented. The hotel location was in a great location on the edge of town with just a short walk to explore the shops and restaurants.

  An absolute gem hotel

  We stayed at Ascot House earlier this month and didn't hesitate in coming back when we got the opportunity. David and his team are just wonderful people who run a very tasteful hotel that offers everything you need for a great break away. We stayed in The Turret room, really tastefully decorated, beautiful furniture and just very welcoming. Barbara checked us in, a lovely lady, very polite and professional. Julio served us our breakfast, again a really polite man that was obliging and helpful. Gavin the chef delivered outstanding dishes and just went the extra mile to ensure great food. We will be making this a regular stay when we visit Harrogate. Thank you Ascot House.
