  Clean and beautifull.

  Really nice place to stay in for visiting Livingstone and the falls. Quiet and peacefull. Clean bedding and friendly staff. Place to hang washing. Enough warm water. Wifi not really strong but this was not a problem. Nice chess board outside and pool.

  Vacation

  This is absolutely a place to be. If you're in Livingston for a vacation or business trip, I suggest you book at this place. Everything about the Asante is amazing. Couldn't believe it was Zambia.....

  Nice place to stay

  Asante apartments are in good condition and its very clean. Big rooms, air conditioned, always good water pressure. Self catering but can be advantage for families with children. Point of criticism is that our key got lost and the reception looked up with spare key. When we came back they were unable to unlock the door (The spare key didn't fit). After 2 hours they found someone who fits through the 20 cm opened window and was opening the door from inside. The receptionist was blaming us that our daughter lost the key (Later we found the key in the room). I was really unhappy with the receptionist reaction. Anyway...we are not coming back to Asante. The price is fair.

  Arrived at Asante, the first impression is good. Not the newest accommodation, but reasonable. We had booked 5 adults and 2 children. Upon arrival no preparations where made for extra bed or mattress, but was sorted after going 2 times to the reception and 45 minutes later. The master bathroom hot water was not working what we reported to the reception. So far Sunday morning still no hot water in the main bathroom. Asante offer safari service with there own vehicle and so we booked for Sunday 10.00 am. Saturday evening the receptionist informed us that 10.00 am was to late and we have to reschedule to 7.30 what we accepted. Sunday morning 7.00 am the same receptionist comes to tell that it is not possible 7.00 am, but now 10.30 am because they have another client what will take the drive at 7.30? It looks like other customers are more important. I will never recommend this accommodation to any one, service is pathetic.

  Wonderful space for an extended stay

  We stayed at these apartments for a few weeks while vitiating family. We had two, two bedroom apartments (#2 & #3). Both were wonderful, although the air conditioners in #3 are not connected to the generator, so when there are power outages that can be an issue. The apartments are large with kitchens stocked with cooking supplies (stove, toaster, fridge, pots, utensils, plates, cups). They are clean and well kept! The staff was phenomenal, always there to lend a hand. When we had a birthday celebration they set up the braii for us to use for the day. It is in a great location, right before the weigh bridge and it is easy to get to town via your car or a taxi. We will certainly stay here again when back in town.
