  They repaint beside our room at midnight and it smelt paint and thinner all over our room

  I'm writing this review while i am staying right now at room 825 with my wife and two children (2 years old & 6 months old). At 10.30 p.m, i smelt paint and thinner all over our room and me and my wife felt little dizzy. When i checked outside, they were repainting the room 827 exactly next to our room. When i complained to them, they stopped their job, but we still can smelt the bad odor that came from the air conditioner ventilator and gap at our door. They offered the aromatherapy scent to our room, but i refused. I couldn't imagine the combination of paint/thinner odor and aromatherapy scent all in one time. When i complained again to front desk and told them to closed the exhaust and aircon ventilator at room 827, they offered me to move to another room at 00.00 am (midnight), which our infants was sleeping and of course we have to repack all the baby stuffs. We didn't need that. Please just stop the bad odor, no matter how and please always think about guest convenience. We're very disappoint to you, aryaduta pekanbaru.

  Nice Hotel

  I love this hotel with cozy room and big space of room. Facilities like a swimming pool so make me feel awesome. Only the breakfast tasted is not good and restaurant also so small. Receptionist are so welcoming and friendly. Light in the room too dark and need some more extra lIght with more bright Shine. The rest this hotel is good and one of recomanded for staycation with family.

  Arya Duta During Covid Pandemic

  Stay here many times, affordable prices and excellent services. Last time stayed was shocked, since breakfast was not various as before pandemic, but the services still better. The room equipment was not fulfilled as well, has no fridge and hair dryer. we shall request to get it.

  Very good

  Your service meet my expectation and am satisfied. Location of the hotel is strategic and close by to tourist attraction. The hotel personnel was very friendly, the amenities was good. Overall is good. I would choose Aryaduta if I were to come to Pekanbaru. Thank you.

  Almost is never enough

  Aryaduta is a well known 5star hotel in Indonesia, and overall, i do honestly enjoyed my stay in one of its deluxe room, except for one thing. I wasn't quiet sure why and i forgot to asked, but, i wonder why it has lack of decent tv cable channels. Other than the national tv channels, there's only some, perhaps not more than 5 or 6 channels i wasn't really familiar with. Although i was mostly out during the day when i stayed here, the availability of decent tv cables is actually important for sort of entertainment we could have, during business trips. For that, i hope they would come up with a solutions on it. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay in Aryaduta.
