  Treated horribly! Stay away!

  What a horrible experience!! Never, ever make a booking here. The owner is rude and arrogant. When we confronted him about things stated as "included in our room", like AC, he said you need to pay extra and then started shouting at us because we said it doesn't state that anywhere on the booking. Two of the rooms in our booking didn't even have AC units in the rooms, even though they booked an AC room. We only had one towel and one water bottle to share between two people ("Deluxe double room"). There were no trashcans in the rooms or bathrooms. This is a very basic thing to include in a room. On top of that, there were a bunch of other things listed as part of our rooms, that were definitely not accurate. "mountain views" (wall views), robes, slippers, bath tubs. I can go on. We decided to leave after one night, even though we had booked and paid for two, because we felt really uncomfortable staying there. What is really upsetting, though, is how many lies he told afterwards, to ensure that we weren't able to post reviews on Booking.com. He said we were a "no show". He also said we paid for one night only. Then, in another comment, he said we refused to pay the taxes not included in the room rate. This is absolute NONSENSE, of course. This is all very interesting, seeing that he shouted at us that he doesn't care about bad ratings. But it turns out he cares a lot about ratings, and would do anything in his power to prevent the truth from being made public. I want to warn fellow travelers to avoid this place at all cost. You'd have a better experience sleeping in a hostel or in a tent... or even on the street next to a barking dog. Don't be fooled by the promises and the low price. Nothing is worth being treated like this.

  Service is very bad they dont know even how treat in words to costomers. Using bad words they blame costomers.. I highly discourage to select this.. Try to select another stay place to enjoy your journey..

  Owner's utterance is very upsetting.He Lied to us.There is no room like the pictures.He overcharged from us.Breakfast is not provided to anyone every day, as laid out in the site.Hospitality too bad.He don't know how to talk his guests.We have booked an air-conditioned room with TV.But first we received room without any facility we requested.then he was give air conditioned room it was his mistake.There was only one towel available.There was not even a dressing rack.he insult who ask road from him to arrive his location.he was devil.Their rooms are not valued on the site.tottaly different.Additional charges are levied when making payments.I'm not recommended for any guests for live there.If you stop at that place, the whole tour will mess up.Very Bad Place.

  The owner gave us a room without air condition, we had to pay for this. He was rude, during breakfast he or his wife stole 50$ from our room, we were the only guests. He offered to pay to us 25$ to our bank account but he did'nt do this. There are many nice places in Kandy, but not this!!!

  Horrible

  No vayais. Estancia terrible,el dueño te hace sentir incomodisimo e intenta que pagues por todo incluso cosas que ya has pagado o un precio tres veces superior alo que cuesta. Cuando llegamos el hotel estaba vacio y nos dio una habitación para tres cuando le preguntamos por la habitación para dos se enfado muchísimo porque tiene un valor inferior. No tienen carta de menú psea que no tomeis nada porque se inventara el precio o si lo pedis antes no os contestara. Por las mañanas sobre las 7 se despierta a gritos con la mujer y lo que menos te apetece es estar allí. De hecho nosotros intentabamos salir pronto y no volver. De puntuación le daria un 0 el peor
