    Estadía fabulosa

    Accesible, cercanos a zonas de artesanías , restaurantes. Hotel con jacuzzi . Habitación amplia , con ropa de salida de Baño , limpios , tv grande y terraza con vista al mar , bello . El personal muy atento. La comida del Desayuno buffet riquísima . Regresaré otra Vez Cerca de scuba diving . Alquilamos carro para toda nuestra estadía , es lo más recomendable para que disfruten todos los lugares . Lo recomendamos .

    Discriminatory Attitude & Overcharging

    We needed a clarification with the property because of their severe overcharging. The front desk staff and manager refused to speak in English (only Korean all the time), trying to use this technique to brush the guest aside. But I was sure they understood me, after all this was supposed to be a good international standard property. We were rushing off and wanted to continue later so we asked for the names of the person in charge / front desk manager. The property refused to provide names, emails or contact numbers. Very disappointing for a hotel that supposedly had good reviews.

    Cosy Hotel

    Big room space, nice view and convenient. The room clean and bright with balcony. Hotel daily breakfast is good and delicious. There is a 7 eleven next to the hotel. Across the road, there is indoor market that sell fruits and food. There is also plenty of eatery outlets.

    Good for the price with dealbreakers

    Disclaimer: My first trip to this hotel was alright and my second was a nightmare so I might be an outlier. But my personal feeling is that this place is a nightmare. I took a long vacation on Jeju Island and stayed here for a short time in the beginning and again at the end as I circled the island. The first stint was alright. Everything was pretty much as good as you can expect for the price. The second stint was a nightmare. The first night there was a party next door and we got zero sleep. The noise even continued into the next day and interrupted a business meeting I was having over video chat. After my meeting I asked for a change of rooms and the staff were very hesitant, but eventually gave in, moving me a few floors down. The new room had no stool, no nightstand, and the chain lock was broken off. For some reason the water pressure and temperature were really off too. My friend also said it smelled like an old person's house, but I didn't notice that. Anyway, we sighed and moved on with the vacation only to have another party start upstairs the next night. I complained at the front desk at around midnight and he said he would solve it. The party continued. I went down again at 1 and asked again. He told me he hadn't called or talked to them or anything. What the heck is your job man? I said I would take care of it myself if he wouldn't and he did call them. Nothing happened though. Later he just smiled a fake smile and told me they were very drunk. Like duh. The party petered out at 3:15 AM (!) and I took audio recording from my room to show the staff. You can hear voices clearly blasting through. They just laughed at it. Screw this hotel. Added the chainless door picture as proof.

    Clean hotel, friendly / helpful staff and good location

    The hotel is conveniently located with clean room and friendly/helpful staff. Ideal place for all whether one is on business trip or leisure. There are many restaurants within walking distance that offer good food with reasonable price.
