  One of the best stays ever

  I don't think I have a negative point about this hotel. Very good rooms: spacious, modern and with a fridge. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Awesome breakfast (both quality and variety). Very centrally located, and with parking.

  Booked a double, got two single bed rooms. Dont rely on the arthotel-branding

  We travelled in a group of five persons, two couples and a single person. We had booked two double rooms directly with the hotel in advance. When we arrived at noon we were told that the rooms would be ready after 2, which was no problem. When we came back at 5 however we were told that only one double room was left and the other couple had to split up into two single rooms. Rooms were clean but far from what the reception and the management photos on tripadvisor suggested. Old rooms in 90s style, dark wood even on ceiling and dark carpet.

  great location and spacious room nearby lovely city centre but need some upgrades

  The hotel is located just outside the city wall, right across the railway station. In just a couple of meters you walk into town, which is lovey. The room as well as the bathroom are spacious and clean. In the morning a very good breakfast is served. When arriving the room felt like a sauna and since heating is centralized it was very hard to get the temperature down. After a couple of hours temperatures arrived at normal levels. To lower the temperature, the windows had to be opened and staying at the front side of the hotel, that is a bit noisy with all the traffic, particularly at night. The furniture is a bit outdated and the bed / matrass could need an upgrade. Overall I had expected a bit more on the back of all the previous feedback.

  Good for price I pay but small room

  I have to say that expectations was so low because for 39 included breakfast not so much expected but really was cleaner than other more expensive. Staft on check-in speak English and help me and the one was on check-out doesn't but use Google translate to support me. Thanks for it. Rooms and bath was so small and pillow not so much confortable specially when there is a hot water heater like into room working at night and pillow not help to sleep. Breakfast was perfect for 6 euros but on this case was free that means it is better. Probably will come back if continue having that prices range

  Hotel from hell.

  This is the hotel from hell. Its smoke detectors do not work, the windows at the back of the building almost fall out of the wall and the temporary emergency fire staircase at the side is blocking the entrance. but what is most irritating....the staff does not answer the emergency number which you will want to use because the reception is usually unmanned. so if you arrive after 5pm and you did not come to rent a room for an hour like some guests seem to do here, you'd better be prepared to book, pay and be disappointed.
