  Friendly staff but very basic hotel

  Stayed for 4 nights. Small room with old furniture and bed. Small desk to use as work station and the smallest TV screen I have ever seen in an hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Wifi was free but was a bit slow at times. Nice breakfast with a variety of food. Parking was 9 euro per day. Overall it was ok, not more not less.

  German Heaven

  We stayed at this brilliant little Hotel for 3 nights in October 2017. This is our first visit to Reutlingen to visit our son who is at the University studying German. We booked a double room with a sofa bed for my 17 year old son.This is a traditional older residence which is what we loved. Our room was on the front with a view of the Kaiserpassage which was great.The room was spotless and there was a minibar and large bathroom.Bathrobes were provided so you could use the swimming pool and Spa in the basement.Car Park is also directly below with a lift.9 Euros per day from reception . This is a privately run Hotel and you can tell that the staff are. All working there because they enjoy it. The breakfast was amazing and on the first floor.There is no public bar but you really dont need it because the hotel is directly opposite so many great bars and restaurants . I read the other reviews before booking but it surpassed our expectations. We will definitely stay here next time. The location in the centre of town and all sights very close.We drove to Tübingen and that is also amazing,picture postcard Germany. Staff all spoke English and Wi-fi brilliant according to my son. Overall German heaven

  Small room , furniture a bit old , strategic location

  The room is small. The furniture is a bit oold. It is just for 1 person stay. But the good thing is it is near city center of Reutlingen. There are restaurant nearby. ATM Bank is verynear to hitel as well. See photos

  Ok-ish

  The room was furnished with an old but functional wooden furniture. Unluckily, the room was also fairly loud - there were people either cleaning or loudly preparing the bar on the ground floor, making the sleep far less comfortable. Breakfast was nothing special. It was clean and I believe on a good location (3' walking to city centre)

  Nice enough, but not quite a spa hotel

  We chose this as it was a spa hotel. The pool seemed quite cold, the steam room was never turned on and the sauna was on sometimes and other times we had to ask. The chairs around the pool were wicker and uncomfortable, you wouldn't sit there for more than half an hour. However we had the whole area to ourselves most of the time and it was very peacefull. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was a wide choice and the chefs were happy to do extra pastries for us when there was none left. The room was ready early so we checked in straight away with no extra charge. We also were allowed to go for a swim in the afternoon after we checked out which was nice as we had a long wait for a late flight. I was woken up in the morning by the cleaning staff chatting loudly (the store/cleaning room was opposite our room). Overall the hotel was good but I will probably try a few others in future to find a better spa
