  Can be better!

  I stayed at this hotel base on all the best reviews on TripAdvisor and others side! I was so excited to check in and expect to have the best time with my family. It's very reasonable also. Overall, I couldn't be complaining so much. All staff was super nice and helpful and polite. But the room is very small. I stayed at the Deluxe superior. The room has no windows and of course no bathtub. The standard shower wasn't clean at all. You can see all yellow covered areas. The room is very tiny and bed very uncomfortable. Looking up the ceiling, you can see all the mark from the construction. I can hear every single noice from outside which is very annoying. Couldn't sleep. Breakfast section. I love the employee but there is Not too many choices for food. Very simple. Anyway, I m spending my time writing this just wanted to let you know that you get what you paid for. I won't be back!

  Good location, friendly staffs, bored breakfast

  Located very close to the Han River Bridge, facing the sea, it is very cool and can see the city from above. The room is decorated in fresh colors but in contrast to the oversized black toilet, the room is quite old compared to the picture. Breakfast is quite boring with only Cao Lau and some simple foods, coffee and other drinks are fine. Especially we can take a look to very beautiful city view while having a breakfast. Staffs are so polite and friendly.

  2 night stay

  The receptionist is very welcoming but take note that they take a deposit of 500,000 dong when you check in. We had a superior riverside room. The view was great although the main road is noisy. The room is very basic but has everything you need. The aircon is very good and the bathroom is modern although the bath had a shower but it was hand held and tended to spray everywhere if you werent careful. The bed is very uncomfortable and you can feel all the springs. The breakfast is very ordinary for western tastes with little choice. This place is good for people on a budget. Not really for us.

  THE WORST SERVICE EVER

  THE WORST SERVICE HOTEL EVER IN DA NANG... I have been in many hotels in Vietnam and other countries but this is the first time I had a very very very bad service at this Hotel THE PALMIER DA NANG (ART HOTEL) located at 305 Trn Hng o Str, An Hi Bc Ward, Sn Trà District, Danang, Vietnam. When I checked in on Aug 25 2019, they arranged room number 303 for me. That room had no TV remote and the fridge non-electrical. Then I called to reception to let them know, they said that at that moment there is no engineer in the hotel so please wait until the evening. About the TV remote, they gave us the remote without cover of the charger. We tried not to be upset because it was just the first day of my trip in Da Nang. On the second day, after the housekeeping cleaned the room, at that night we recognized we were lost 1 tube of cream, it is just a small one, I put on the desk after using at the night before but it was disappeared (for sure, we had checked already a lot times) but one more time, we tried not to be upset. However, there still have 2 big troubles continuing. On the third day, we went outside from 10:00 AM and got back to the hotel at 1:15 PM but THE ROOM WAS STILL NOT CLEAN. NO ROOM SERVICE EVEN IT WAS 1:30 AM??? Then no any apologizes from them and we had to wait 30 minutes at the lobby after more than 3 hours visiting under hot weather. After that, we came back to the room, my towel which we brought from house to use was disappeared. My towel is white and big look like their towel but it has one big logo in the middle with colors, not full white as theirs. I called to receptionist to report, they said that they would check with housekeeping, ok, after 3 minutes, the receptionist called me back and said that the housekeeping answered that they didn't take my towel so they wanted me to double check again, we checked again but no, it was not in the room. I called them one more time, they said that ok they would check again and at this time after 3 minutes, they called me back and said that YES, WE FOUND MY TOWEL. WHAT??? ARE YOU GUYS KIDDING??? Only 6 minutes passed, 2 different answers. But guess what, they returned my towel without washing, even it was put in a basket of many other dirty towels??? It was so disgusting. My husband was so angry and this time he couldn't stand anymore so he threw our towel throughout the window. Because of only 1 night left, so we tried to accept and stay 1 more night (we booked and paid full payment before we came), the day that we checked out, at 12:00 PM we went to the lobby and let they checked the room. Just thought all done, i asked them to keep my luggages there and I would come back to get to go to the Airport. On the way to Airport, I had bad feeling so I opened my purse to check my ID card and YOU KNOW THE RECEPTIONIST THEY FORGOT TO RETURN MY ID CARD WHEN I CHECKED OUT. IT IS A VERY STANDARD THING THAT THEY NEED TO LEARN BEFORE THEY WERE HIRED. OH MY GOD!!! I had to tell the driver turned back to the hotel and got my ID card back. Before that, I called the receptionist, they even didn't remember that they must do that when the guests check out. After all, I just want to share my experience for all tourists that PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY TO DECIDE TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION IN PALMIER HOTEL.

  Average stay at hotel

  Checked in a little earlier than expected at 10 plus and the girl was kind to give a early checkin, but however many issues... The aircon was facing away from the bed thus it was very hot and had to get a fan from them. The fridge was also not working properly anyway all these issues took so very long to resolve around 3 hours to be exact.. By the time everything was done I was so tired and just wanted to sleep. Thus wasted 1 whole day... The breakfast had a very small selecton... The Bun Bo Hue was not bad though... Room is a decent size but location is quite far from central area... All in all not bad stay after telling the issues to the manager got a slightly later checkout and an apology but a tad disappointing... Ah well will try another hotel next time tbh on the plus side the hotel views are pretty facing the river and all...
