Awesome for winter vacationProbably our best Ski/Snowboard vacation ever. Perfect concept! You don't have to pay extra, everything, even Ski/Snowboard courses are inclusive. They organize very nice events. Food, restaurant, bar and Spa is very good.

Great weekHad a great time in this hotel during Arosa Gay Week. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Was put in the wrong grade room at check-in but this was rectified without a problem. Food was good throughout and wine was better than I was expecting after reading other reviews. Was certainly drinkable. Mountain restaurant was also good. It is located at the weisshorn cable car mid station and has outside terrace. Transport to slopes was much less painful than I thought it would be - took about 5 mins and there was a big coach every 15 minutes from 9am to 10am and a small shuttle van at other times. Hired boots and skis from the hotel for ease. Was 224 francs for budget and 257 francs for next grade up - both for 6 days hire. You can ski back to the hotel or can get a shuttle bus from the slopes near the train station. The full board, though expensive initially is a good option considering the prices in Switzerland. One lunch on the mountain cost about 90 francs for two people including a couple of drinks each. We had south facing room with balcony and wifi was good. Hotel was mainly German as Robinson is German company.

Great food, party hotel, disinterested staffStayed here with a group. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Great buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Theme nights occasionally with amazingly varied food served to order. Delicious. This is not really a hotel for families. It's best for kind of middle age people on ski holidays. Staff was...interesting. Some were incredibly attentive and helpful. Others get drunk every evening, then sit in the common areas and glare at the guests as if they are infringing on staff 'territory'. After the staff have had a few drinks, they are totally unhelpful. I guess it's understandable as they are young and mostly away from home. If you want a party hotel with great food, this is your place.

Shame they made it kids-free!!!!We loved the hotel. Staff, location, food, programme, skiing for child, Arosa as a place itself. It's a very nice 3hours trip-train from where we live, Zurich, as we rarely use car becaue of car-sickness, truely unforgettible experence. Our son even got a private instructor for the same price of group lessons because he was a bit in the middle between beginners and advanced level. On the last day he got an instructor for the whole day arlady after we checked-out, we was totally not expected - we were very impressed. It's on an expensive side (price was increased after we stayed there) yet we still wanted to booked it and were very dissapointed that owners decided to make it child-free....

As always great holiday!Arosa is a beautiful place to visit and Robinson Club is a great place to stay. It caters for everyone whether you want to ski/snowboard, walk or do not much of anything. Staff were friendly and helpful with a particular thank you to the 'older' shuttle bus driver, he is an asset to your company. I had had a knee operation so could not afford to fall on the icy footpaths so he would pick up and drop off to make it as easy as possible. My only criticism is the attitude and availability of the ski hire shop (separate company?). On one day the board bindings broke but was not noticeable until on the mountain so my niece came back to the Club but the shop was closed. As a consequence she could not snowboard at all that day which was very disappointing. When I enquired about a reduction for that day the man chose not to understand English. When the Club followed it up for me apparently he said we returned the board late which was not true. (Even if it was true, the shops opening hours are so very limited it would not be difficult to be late!)
