  basic but good

  I was in town for business with the brewery which is right next door to the hotel. The staff of the hotel was very friendly although I found it strange that you have to settle the bill on arrival (I had booked for 4 nights) and that when I gave valuables to be put in the hotel safe (no safe in the room) that I didn't get a receipt and was assured that it was ok this way. I haven't checked out yet, and hope for the best. The quality of the room and bed was good. I missed the possibility to watch a movie-channel on TV instead of news or Italian/French/German and of course Polish channels. The price is very reasonable. I

  Repulsively budget place to sleep...

  "The 3-star Hotel Aros is located in Tychy, 500 metres from the popular Tyskie Brewery." (description to be found on Booking.com). Seems to be a marketing lie. Close to the Tysklie Brewery Museum - that may be. Could not find a single "star", though. Low price - that may be, but painstakingly cheapish in all ways conceivable!

  Reasonable price / room and quality of service

  Very clean, relatively modern room including reasonable bar and services. It have been booked over TripAdvisor site and all was as described. Friendly atmosphere and stuff, willing to help even with private requests.

  Room ok, breakfast excellent

  Wanted to set 4, but after breakfast, it is 5. You just cant compare hotels in Poland with Italy or France. In breakfast you can everything, there are fruits, vegetables, cornflakes with milk and yogurt, cheese, meet, omlet and more. This is simple hotel with very nice breakfast.
