Disgustingly outdatedStayed a few nights at this Hotel saying it was highly disappointing would be an understatement. The room was outdated and cramped. You can hardly move in the bathroom or bedroom. The bed squeaked with very slight movement along with every floor board. The amenities of the room hardly up to scratch of a hostel let alone a hotel. The bathroom light didnt work and when told the staff about it they seemed uninterested. During check in the staff were very arrogant and rude. One of them was having a full blown argument which was very loud and extremely unprofessional. I could go on and on about bad pints of this hotel, the only positive it has is its location.

Great short family breakStayed at The Arncliff Hotel for 2 nights in October this year with my daughter. The hotel is perfectly situated just of the seafront 2 minutes walk from the Blackpool tower. Check in was quick and we got into our room 2 hours earlier than arranged. As we arrived early. The twin room we booked although slightly dated was very clean and bed comfortable and warm! Although very central the room was very quiet and we slept well. Breakfast was very good and plentiful cereal toast and a full english. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would recommend a atay here if visiting Blackpool. Well done!

NOT EVEN WORTH A 1 RATINGThe WORST HOTEL we have ever been in we didnt end up staying here as wouldn't put my dog in it let alone us. We walked into the hotel to be met by a woman on the reception that was quite rude talking away to a man laid on the shelong. The reception doesnt look like picture.. Was given our room keys we checked the first room my mums was wet floor in bathroom my mum slipped, their was orange on her bed & the room didnt smell very nice. My mum was fine with the room even though I wasnt happy we then went to my ROOM which WAS FILTHY, Small & Stunk, their was red blood stains on one of the bedding and what brown stain on the other, Their was mould around the bathroom & HEALTH AND SAFETY Risks in the room. Also god knows how this room was to accommodate 3 people cause you couldn't swing a cat. We ASKED FOR A UPGRADE to then end up having a full blown argument with the lady to the point where she was coming towards us with her hands out. Since leaving the hotel the same day within 45mins of checkin they have REFUSED us REFUND on the hotel. We ended up finding another hotel to take us in. I also want to add that the rooms that Arncliffe advertise are nothing like they are in person. Please do not stay here....

Very disappointingMe and my friends came for 2 nights to Blackpool, we booked here as the pictures did look nice. It was stated on booking.com there was parking but when we arrived we could not find it so had to park on a car park and pay. The hallways had a horrible smell. The staff were quite rude as we struggled to open the front door as it did not open/close properly. Me and my partners room was very hot and the window did not open. The bathroom light did not work and on the second day the light above the mirror in the bathroom did not work so it was pitch black in there as there is no window. The toilet seat would not stay up and the shower doors were broken so they would not shut properly. The cold tap had hot water coming out of it and hot tap had cold water.
