  Not Really my type of stay....

  Sorry we had to stay for one night as part of a bicycle tour, but personally I would not stay here. No Beach, one Pool occupied and one pool not maintained. As the rooms have a really natura flavor they are small lots of Geckos and Moskitos (they did not help us eating each other). When are you together in the bathroom, the person using the toilet is also taking a shower as the are totally connected. You can not cover the windows for darkness in the room, either lights or morning sun is stopping a good sleep. Also the room service did open at 5.30am, as our neighbors left to Samui, mismatching the rooms. Breakfast was okay, lovely service but, very selective and simple. Really NOT my type of Hotel.....

  remote, ordinary at best, disappointed.

  Stayed here on the last night on a bicycle tour: what a disappointment compared with the other similar resorts up along the coast. No wifi in rooms - staff showed an iphone that had coverage so they were disinterested and slightly aggressive in their response. The problem was experienced generally by others too. It is located in a remote position away from the beach which is disappointment. The gardens etc look somewhat down at heel, although the pool and rooms are clean enough. Ordinary breakfast offerings. No reason to stay here - there are other options in this area. Looking at reviews in previous years seems to me this place is in decline, so best avoided.

  Lovely Stay!

  Our stay at Armonia was nothing short of perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool was refreshing. A highlight for us was the breakfast every morning. The service was phenomenal and the spread is fantastic: various jams, toast, fruit plate, omelette, juice, water, and a delicious cappuccino. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Yes, it is a walk to town (15 min) and the beach (10 min) but we didn't mind since we had no real schedule as we were there. We were also given some bikes to ride around one day which was great to explore the area. The area and town are very quiet and a perfect escape. I would highly recommend this area and this resort!!

  Too many ants in the room...

  Too many ants and geckos in the room. The ants are even in the bed. Would definitely not recommend to stay there. I spent there one night, which was horrible. Staff is almost not able to speak English.

  Good for getaway holiday but don't expect sights outside except for the beach

  Stayed here for 2 nights during a cycling holiday (includes a rest day). I quite liked being around the main pool (the other was closed and drained) with friendly staff, however, it really is quite isolated away from much else. The beach is a 1km walk along a dark road although you can borrow a bike to make that trip easier (don't forget to bring the room torch to guide you). I didn't experience the wildlife in my room so much but it was there, par for the course for these types of hotels really. Room fridge only contains water so you can fill it up yourself. No international TV channels. In-room brochures were quite dated (one from 2013)
