  The nicest employees ever

  It was such a pleasure to be there for a couple of days with my collegues. Unfortunately, after 1 hour of skiïng I injured my leg and wasn't mobile at all. I had such luck with the people who worked for the hotel. The owner and employees of Arlen Lodge helped me with returning my rental stuff, getting back my payed money for skipasses and make the remaining days as pleasant as possible.

  Amazing atmosphere

  Cozy hotel with very kind staff, a lot of choice at the breakfast buffet, an amazing sauna with fruit and water to grab, also a delicious snack in the afternoon and last but not least very comfortable beds!

  Fantastic hotel

  Put it simply we were a large group of skiers and this is probably the best hotel weve stayed in over the years. The staff were really excellent, couldnt do enough to help. Excellent leadership by the owner and given the tragic recent circumstances, this is an astounding achievement.

  In love with the beautiful lodge and the amazing owner of it!

  Had an amazing time at the Arlen Lodge. I really loved the restaurant with all the good food they serve. Also the ski-out is perfect, in just one minute youre at the ski slope. I would definitely come back and recommend the lodge.

  Families ski trip

  We stayed here as a group of 4 families totalling 15, with children aged 15 to 19. We had a blast. Its a friendly hotel with great service plus flexibility to allow us all to eat all together every meal in a designated area usually reserved for breakfast only. Its 10mins to walk to a lift or you can ski out the back with a tiny bit of poling to a lift. The young really enjoyed the spa with sauna, steam-room and chill room. There is a bar too, which was a bit gloomy and we preferred to drink near where we ate. The food was great. One of the group also needed a doctor urgently and Anna-Lisa was amazing at arranging to sort the problem. On another occasion she drove an injured child and parent to the medical clinic. I completely recommend this hotel for family fun. Only suggestion would be to improve the lighting in the restaurant- it was a bit too bright impacting the atmosphere.
