UnderestimateWe stayed this hotel after left from Nagasaki town, the hotel is too localized, without connect the people outside The country, the general property seems dated and need refurbishing program now , starting from the lobby decor and outlet within the lobby are, especially GSA staff lack of English efficiency and need to improve urgent. The guest room is too tight for space when put only 2 beds you can never ever walk in the room And last but not least the worst is air-conditioning in room is seems worn out, no cool temperature only the wind blow out of the air grill, we have to open the window for sleep. Only the good point like others say " location" Please looking for other hotels nearby with the same price.

Convenient locationThis is ok for a short stay. A bit run down and aging. Clean? ...So so. Room size was ok and well equipped. Conveniently located in Tenjin less than 10 mins walk from Tenjin station on the airport line. If you are on a budget breakfast is much cheaper at the nearby chain cafes on the main road leading to the station. I have given it 4 stars for value and location but only 3 for other aspects. My night was spoilt by a large family who had about 4 rooms on my floor. They all congregated in the corridor talking loudly whilst allowing their six or seven young kids run wild...The joys of travel!

Quite expensive and oldI stayed in this hotel for business and it filled my need for a place to stay overnight. Air conditioning worked well. The price was quite high, about 150 euros a night, but I think that's what it is in the city centre of Fukuoka. The staff was very helpful and kind but the hotel itself was quite old and would need some renovation. Nice retro feeling though.

Room 10 th Floor was perfect!Friendly staff , we had no meals so took brakfeast at boulangerie at Parco departement store. Airco is in the cockpit unit naar your bed. Room was clean and household is doing a perfect job. In other countries, i would give them a good service tip, but i hear that is not done in this country...

Reasonable...Stayed here for business for a number of days. It is quite close to Tenjin Station (maybe 10 minutes), and to a number of large department stores. The hotel is showing its age, and is in need of restoration. The rooms are quite small (as expected in Japan) and with the capsule Bathroom/Toilet arrangement. The air conditioning seemed to be on heat mode - which was annoying as the room was facing the south and capturing the sun. The western breakfast options were not overly interesting, but there was a good selection of Japanese breakfast items. Coffee was by machine and not overly hot. I did not eat dinner here, but visited a number restaurants within 2 blocks of the hotel (on the main road and in the back streets) - some good choices. Check in and check out times differed from what I was told by staff, so although I had to pay to stay longer, it was not as per the timeslot told to me - which was an annoying end to the visit.
