Central locationI rented this from Dave Sentinella through Owners direct. The apartment (68) was well equipped and comfortable and during our stay, we had our family staying for some of the time too so enough space for 6. The location is ideal for the shopping center, taxi's and not far from the beach. There is a pool in the complex which can be busy at weekends but we didn't stay there and instead sat on the terrace at the apartment which has plenty room.Noise from the center could be heard at night if the windows were left open ( we stayed in July). Added bonus was the laundry area at the back to wash and dry clothes. Overall this was good value and Dave always responded to every text, email and phone.

Great two weeks in the sunMy husband and I stayed at number 68 for two weeks. Found the accommodation comfortable and in a great location the patio area was great with two sun loungers and having the sun all afternoon until 8pm was a bonus. Situated within easy reach of bars and restaurants. Dave the owner was a pleasure to deal with and would like to thank Tony for his help and guidance and for his reliable airport transfer service. Thanks Dave for letting us stay in your apartment.

Value for moneyI'm writing this on our last evening. We've spent the last 2 weeks here and had a really relaxing holiday . We last visited 5 years ago and stayed high up near the europa centre . David the Villa's owner has. Even absolutely superb from the original booking to now . He has a husband and wife team who look after the property for him and who are both wonderful and very helpful . Tony will pick you up and drop you off at the airport for 35 each way which is good value . Any issues at all they will happily help sort out for you . The villa itself is on 2 levels , a Kitchen / living room downstairs along with a downstairs bathroom/shower room . Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a further bathroom/shower room . Out back is s utility area housing a washer and drying facilities. At the front is a lovely patio area for you to eat al fresco and catch the very hot sun rays . The place is close to shops bars/restaurants and supermarkets as well as taxis 24/7. The only downside and this is nothing against David and his lovely place is that the noise from the local bars/clubs can be noisy if in the height of summer when it's warm And you need the breeze through your shutters . It can stop you from sleeping well . Fans are in the room to help but are quite noisy but this aside the place itself the service from David , Tony and his wife is second to none . I would recommend this villa thoroughly and the price we paid was also very very reasonable .

Good self-catering apartment with terraceStayed 3 weeks in apartment 52. Basically good apartment, two bedrooms (bunk beds in one and king size in the other) and bathroom with shower upstairs, living room with open kitchen downstairs, bathroom, enclosed terrace behind (open upwards to fresh air) with washing machine and drying, terrace in front with table, chairs and two sunbeds. Primo January sun came round to terrace just before 1 pm, until sunset. Nice pool with space to sit around and enjoy the sun. The apartment itself could have been cleaner and bore signs of not being permanently inhabited for a while, could have done with some tidying and cleaning of cupboards, washing of cushion covers, and generally a woman's touch. The Arizona premises also basically good, some crumbling of walls/cement which caused some dust. Evening noise from Puerto Rico centre but much quieter in bedrooms than I had anticipated. Parking usually available in street over or beneath the complex. All in all a good place for a longer stay, with laundry facilities, wifi, and proximity to town centre and beach tipping the scale in its favour. Keys delivered by representative who met us at airport, telephone number available to help if necessary and instructions to leave keys in apartment on departure. No cleaning or changing of bedlinen during our stay, but plenty of towels and bedlinen available in cupboards. Payed 45 euro for cleaning - wasn't spesified that it would only be for final cleaning.
