  Muy buena atención

  Llegamos a las 12 de la madrugada buscando un lugar donde quedarnos y dimos con este hotel, nos dieron un muy buen precio y una casa muy amplia y muy limpia, la señora fue muy atenta al otro día nos ofreció el desayuno y estuvimos muy a gusto con ella y su familia hablando. Fueron muy especiales.

  Disappointing

  Having read reviews on Tripadvisor we booked 3 nights here. The welcome was ok but not as warm as wed been led to believe. WiFi was weak and totally non-existent on the balcony. Breakfast was awful with barely lukewarm coffee, cheap tasting jam and honey, margarine (not butter), diluted fruit juice (not real fruit juice). During the 3 days we were there, no cleaning was done; the mattresses were hard; the toilet seat broke off (it was only held on by plastic rawlplugs); there was hardly ever any hot water which shouldnt be a problem in this day and age. The only redeeming feature in our opinion was the lovely view we had from the balcony.

  Beautiful views

  A small apartment hotel in small Village of Anogia. The room was Ok, reception friendly and beautiful views from the balcony. We had some trouble finding parking space, we ended up leaving car across the street. Hotel was Hard To find, our GPS directed us according To given information (booking) To an edge of a Gorge. Otherwise recommended, especially for hikers and other non-touristy travellers.

  Simple, extremely pleasant, great value.

  I wanted to hike to the summit of Psiloritis, from Zues's Cave location... by the way, the long version!! I stayed the night in the village of Anogia, at the Hotel Aristea. If you're looking for a great value, simple, clean and quaint hotel to stay, this is the place. It's claim as a 3 Star hotel is a little ambitious, (but then Greece hotel star allocations are for the most part eyebrow-raising), yet this is still a lovely place. The rooms are spacious and clean, and all have balconies with great views. There's no breakfast room, so breakfast is brought to the room, to enjoy on the balcony. Breakfast is plentiful and well-worth the extra 5 euros. A single room with breakfast is 35 euros, and a double 45 euros.

  Very poor with absolutely no amenities.

  I dont understand such good reviews. Maybe we were unlucky but lets start. For 40 euros per day for a room you dont expect luxury, but you expect at least the basics. There where not even the basics. No shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. Both chairs in the balcony where broken, we were seating one after the other to eat. No breakfast was offered even though there was no facility for even an instant coffee and they mention that they offer breakfast in the website. We asked for coffee and breakfast and they brought us some cheese, bread and one banana for two people and one toddler. No air conditioning in the room, but that was ok because the weather was fine. The mattresses where very very bad. They dont clean the rooms daily but that was fine with us. The view is amazing but when you are a family with a child, you go for the very basics.
