  One of the most comfortable hotel in Palembang

  Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel Its spacious rooms are very comfortable and clean, the bathroom with bathtub is quite comfortable to enjoy :) The hotel's position is very strategic, close to shopping centers and many culinary choices, both local and western My favorite view is the corner room, between the pool and palembang icon If it is equipped with a loyalty program ... it will certainly attract more customers, to compete with other hotels in the same class and already have the program The breakfast is abundant ... and delicious ... special Recommended for those who are interested in gaining weight in a short time :))

  Fantastic breakfast

  Stayed 3 nights. Room was as good as promised - very clean, large and welcoming. The breakfast was the highlight and I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet bkfast with its unending array of scrumptious local food. Loved the pempek, tekwan, laksan, mee celor and lots more under one roof. I'm told the hotel makes the food themselves. The service staff are warm and friendly. Across the road is a mall of reasonable size though it takes some courage to cross the road due to the traffic - but its not a deal breaker. I could not think of another hotel Id rather stay at Palembang. Kudos to the hotel.

  Very comfortable business hotel at the heart of Palembang

  This is my second stay at Arista Hotel, after the first one a couple of years ago. This time I stayed for 3 nights and were able to write a review. The hotel is strategically located at the heart of the city. With easy access to traditional culinary, malls, shops and access to Palembang LRT. The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast and room. The breakfast has wide variety of food and its traditional breakfast corner was just simply delicious. Love every food item in the corner. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and service were very good. I recommend this hotel for any business traveler coming to the city.

  Superb 5 star hotel

  Stayed for 2 nights, enjoyed every minute of it. Great hospitality, nice bar and lounge to hang out. The hotel is located across a big mall, convenient. Very clean room, good maintenance. Excellent breakfast.

  Excellent Hotel in The Heart of The City

  I stayed in this hotel with my family. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The new interior make the room more fancy yet classy. The breakfast was tasty with so many variant of foods. The hotel located in front of the Mall and near the bussiness district. Even It's a bussiness hotel but still comfortable for family to stay since it has a complete facilities. Very recommended hotel to stay in Palembang.
