Amazing staffMy husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be coming back! We loved the food and service. The one staff member who stuck in out heads is Ozhan. His English was perfect and we never had a hard time communicating with him. Whatever we need, he helped us with it. Can't wait to come back next year!

Awesome place!Feel great to experience Seda Centrio. Nice place. Good food. Good service and very accomodating staff. A place which is so convenient at all sorts of your needs. Near malls, lifestyle district and all.

Very poor 'all inclusive' hotel. June 2015We are very seasoned travelers, and have taken lots of 'all inclusive' holidays throughout Europe and the World. This is the very first review we have ever made, and we feel compelled to warn other travelers after our disappointing experience. We booked this hotel having seen nothing but excellent reports on TripAdvisor. Whilst we could not fault the staff in any way, everyone was friendly and helpful. However the selection of food presented throughout our stay was terrible. Unless you are happy to have a hard boiled egg with chips or salad, with no toast or orange juice for breakfast. Chicken and chips or rice for lunch and dinner with no other choice every day. Drinks at the bars (only one poolside and a table in the restaurant) are very limited and served in small paper cups. WiFi is supposed to be free, but we found it almost impossible to get online until after 10pm. This hotel, we feel, is badly let down by poor management policies. Thankfully we found excellent food at the Columbia Restaurant adjacent to the front of the hotel which we can highly recommend.

Dirty hotel and people!!!This is the worst hotel I've ever been. In one week the cleaner only came once!!!! (Against a tip). We didnt even had towels so we had to ask fot them at the reception. The food was everyday the same and as a woman you cant walk there alone nights without getting watched by 20 man (employers and guests). The workers are speaking kurdish infront of turkish guest too. The hotel and the rooms are very dirty, especially the bathroom. Workers just sitting in the lobby on their handy and looking at the womans like perverts.
