  Family Trip

  Travellers - I will keep it short and simple Food - Best in class , difficult to find better than this Courtesy of Management - Some minor hicups but the way they are treated by Management Personal like Mr Pranjeet Joshi , i would rate it as COMMENDABLE. Thanks to him . Stay - All nice but could be better , in fact much better. Management should look into ensuring MINOR TEETHING issues are well taken care of . All in all, I had been to other properties in Nanital but this property takes care of its customer very well. LAST , YOU SHOULD KEEP SOME arrangement for Drivers, I felt surprised by no arrangement or if there is m, that is coming at a price .

  Awesome weekend get-together

  Gracious hospitality awaits at Arif Castle Nainital.It was a small get together and Mr.Praneet Joshi organised it well.The staff was very friendly and helpful and took care of all our needs.The ambience as well as food was very tasty and affordable as well.What all could we need for a great weekend.Looking forward to more such get togethers.Thank you Praneet and his team..

  Unsatisfactory Stay

  This was my first time stay at Arif Castle.Heard of it a lot many times so thought of staying here this time around.First the of it's just an average hotel with small rooms of inappropriate architecture.Its definitely not a *** property.The food is average.We did not want the room on the ground floor but they denied of giving us a room on any other floor.We waited at the reception for approx half an hour and not even a single person from the reception thought of speaking to us regarding our problem and did not offer any welcome drink or water though we were seated right in front of them.The reception staff was very unprofessional and uncourteous.The room was small.The quilt was stained and the washbasin was also leaking.The electric kettle was not working and on informing the housekeeping staff it took them almost an hour to replace that.The location is also not good.The road is very steep and also troublesome if you want to drive to the hotel.Overall Average hotel with very unsatisfactory stay.

  Average experience

  The hotel is old. The heater stopped working in the middle of the night. The breakfast was okayish. We went when it was raining (along with flurries) so it was pretty cold and the heaters that they have are also pretty old. The views arent that great and youre not too close to the Mall Road too( thats a benefit too if you dont like noise and pollution). It has toys and games for all age groups so children will enjoy!

  only 1 star hotel , no luxurious , no facility , not easy accessibility

  I booked this hotel for 24 January with a hope of good stay.(As mention 4 star category) 1 . hotel is at very high Hight if you are not regular hill driver so may be chance you can meet accident. 2. Arif is showing they are proving balcony to every room. I uploaded the picture also you can see these are hardily 3*3 feet in dimension. 3. Room as no view only building view. You all can see attached hotel pictures. 4. Arif is far away from mall road approx. 3 km. due to parking issue you can not go in your car to mall road So you are depend upon hotel shuttle. This hotel having only one shuttle out of 60 hotel rooms. shuttle timing is 10am to 7pm. So you have to walk to mall road or every time you have to give 300 for pick and 300 for drop to hotel by local taxi. 5. Restaurant is so small only 10 dining table. When i went for dinner buffet it was full and some people is also in waiting. So i requested to manager to provide food in room. He simply denied then i complain to hotel manager he said you can take your food from restaurant and sit in reception waiting area. so much disgusting thing ever he suggested me. 6.I do not know how there are writing 4 star. it is simply 2 star property. 7. Front desk staff is very unprofessional . Please hire some good hotel management professional. NOT RECOMENDED STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK
