  Extremely Disappointed

  We stayed here for 4 nights in apt 1602, a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apt. The kitchen was old & needs replacing. The balcony furniture was tired, only 1 sun lounger, for 4 people, the 2nd Bedroom, the carpets & wall were stained with coffee. The beds were old & uncomfortable. The black bed spreads had dirty marks on them. The Bathroom was also tired & dirty, the tiles & door. We mentioned this to Reception, nothing was acknowledged. You do not expect this with the prices they charge !!!

  Long weekend in October

  Our family of 6 stayed in a 3 bedroom over the long weekend. It had amazing views from the 20th floor. Clean and neat and tidy. Very spacious apartment. Loved you could just go downstairs and you were surrounded by restaurants. A 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back. The front desk was very friendly. We also scored a little bit of a later check out. There was a problem with the kitchen draw - reported to reception within half an hour a maintenance person came to fix it.

  Bit disappointed

  We stayed in a two bedroomed apartment on level 16, the apartment was spacious and the view sensational, however the cleanliness was questionable. I put the oven on and it was so dirty the whole place filled smoke that hurt your eyes. The showers still had sand in them and the china had been put back 8n the cupboards dirty. I would think twice before going back, I am sure there are other places offering the same view etc, that are clean, for the price we paid I was very disappointed.

  Excellent property, both appartment and position

  had 2 bedroom appartment on Luxury Escapes deal. Aria well looked after spacious appartment with everything you needed. Great position for restaurants, beach, tramway, casino and convention centre. Car park included. Would definately stay again

  Room to spread out & enjoy

  We stayed in the penthouse on lvl 20 & wow- so much space & amazing views We have 3 boys under 4 & this apartment was just perfect. The living room is massive- plenty of room for kids to play while parents can relax on couch. 2 bedrooms & bathroom are at one end- rooms are a good size with heaps of cupboard space. Main bedroom the opposite end with awesome view over the beach. Huge ensuite, plus 2 built in robes! In addition, a parents retreat area. The main bathroom is a great size with tub (very deep though so little difficult bathing kids) but otherwise very modern. The kitchen was a little disappointing for a penthouse with appliances (except for fridge) fairly outdated. While there were heaps of plates, glasses, bowls, cutlery there were no steak knives & limited general utensils Cleanliness was probably the best Ive seen for a while but there was a heap of dust in corners/walls/sliding door rails. Plus some shelves in rooms had sand/dust. A little more care/time while cleaning would see this fixed. Also, upon arrival we had 3 towels & rung to advise we needed another 3. We were told no one was onsite (saturday 3pm) & could it wait until the morning. However, once I said no, we needed them, arrangements were made & we got them. Overall, we would definitely return & recommend this place to families with children who want space on their holidays.
