  Highly recommend

  The honeymoon suite was awesome..room and toilet was clean..but the king saiz bed is combination of 2 single bed..need have some improvement...well maintain..reception brader friendly and helpful...highly recommend

  Pleasant and nice

  The hotel was nice and the price would be cheaper if y'all booked it online instead of over the counter. There're plenty of restaurants just nearby the hotel and within few blocks away. Good bargain and comfortable!

  Dusty and cramp: a complete let down

  Booked a family room at this boutique hotel recently. Good Christmas decor and that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. THe room is too cramped for a family room. There is just not enough space to place all our bags comfortably. We requested a non smoking room yet we still got a hint of cigarette odour in the room left by previous guests This is made worse by the unnecessary bulky furniture.The room is dusty and dirty, Housekeeping did not do a good job. There were dust on the lampstands and on the armchair.The glass door to the toilet when closed still leaves a small vertical gap where occupants in the room can see through! Only one available socket to charge your phones. The phone in the room does not work. THe ironing board was not dusted at all with white powdery substance on it. The room given to us is on the first floor and faces the side street. I was noisy as you can hear the traffic and even people talking from downstairs. Parking is on the street outside the hotel and the hotel assigned parking lots are limited. Breakfast is simple with very limited choices. All the above made our stay very unpleasant. We will not be back to this hotel

  cosy gem

  a little gem tucked away from the city centre yet easily accessible. Nearby kopitiams and little eateries with waliking distances are practical. Best to self drive as public trasportation is difficult to come by. The rooms are tastefully and lavishly decorated. Not for the minimalist. might need to consider if staying for work as there is no working space in the room. The lighting isnt suitable either. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Mainly local dishes with toasts and fruit, Would really consider staying here again

  DISAPPOINTED

  We booked 2 tatami rooms via Agoda (RM280.70 for 2 nights). After checked in, they gave us a room that was converted from a store room (signage still attached on the door). The room was smelly, lighting was poor & has no window. Finally we have no choice but to upgrade to the so called honeymoon suites with extra RM210 for 2 rooms (2 nights). Both rooms are facing main road & it was super noisy at night. Furniture are dirty with stains, towels are dirty & kettle is rusty. Toilet lighting is very poor especially during night time. We have to go out & buy new towels. Request for extra toilet paper but no respond. Staffs are not friendly. I can only say the bed is ok a bit. Overall experience is disappointed for such price we have paid.
