At best only 3 starGreat views over the beach and developing resort. Reception staff were welcoming although reception area like a motel. Definitely not 4 star. Rooms are the big let down. Compare to travel lodge in UK at best. Facilities very basic. Food on restaurant very nice however serving staff are generally rude and arrogant. They have a monopoly in this area hence guests appear to tolerate this. Disappointed after a long journey and 5 other hotels on our road trip - this was the low point. Thankfully we only stayed one night

High prices but very low qualityWe went for dinner into the restaurant, because a group of non-italian friends stayed there in the hotel (the also have been quite disappointed). Ligurian dinner was announced, so everyone was excited, because they all thought it is going to be fish and seafood. At the end the menu was: "Ligurian pizza" -which was a piece of Focaccia with tomatoe sauce and olives for then "Trofie with pesto" which tasted only with enough olive oil and "Schnitzel with grean beans" - the typical hospital food in italy. The dessert is not even worth to mention, because it tasted like a dry stone. And all that for 35.-(!!!) without drinks. We had 1 vegan in our group, and they served him 3 times non-vegan food, and instead of the "schnitzel" he got a salad which was mainly some green leaves, but he had to pay the same. This hotel is made for german tourist buses, because in the restaurant have been 2 big german groups. So they charge a lot of money and give low quality, because probably they think that foreigners anyway have no idea about traditional ligurian food. Staff was more or less friendly, but big lack of Quality for such an expensive 4* hotel. Save your money and better go eat a Farinata in a local place.

Great placeMy girlfriend and I stayed here only one night but the place was absolutely amazing. The rooms were large and spacious, the food was good and the staff were friendly. Free parking and SKY tv in the rooms!

Near perfect holidayWe stayed for one week at this hotel and booked a double seaview room directly at the hotel, including half board and sunbeds with towels. These deals are much better than booking via internet portals and we had the impression that guests who book directly also receive better service. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a very large (30 m2) suite on the top floor with two large private terraces with chairs and sunbeds. Furniture in the room might be a bit basic and the bathroom is rather small, but everything you need is there and the airconditioning was working perfectly. We do not understand some of the negative reviews, but maybe they are due to wrong expectations. This is not an all-inclusive holiday resort with lots of instant entertainment for kids and adults. After 10 pm it is indeed quiet. There is a nice private, if somewhat stony, beach and a small playground, but that is it. The hotel is located at about 1.5 km from the nice little village, and directly adjacent to the marina. Breakfast was good with abundant choice of fruit and even an option to make your own smoothie. Included in half-board is a daily four course dinner with choice between fish and meat dishes and some vegetarian alternatives. We are very critical on food, but were really satisfied with the quality, variation and the taste. There is a good wine list, with prices starting at 28 euro per bottle. Service is generally friendly, informal and attentive, with just a few exceptions. Room cleaning was good and efficient. We had a very relaxed and pleasant holiday with good food and lots of swimming. Don't go there expecting some kind of all-you-can-think-of holiday resort. We believe it is very suitable for families with young children who want to spend some quality time with their kids, and couples who want to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. 9 out of 10 points.

Good place to stayIf you have a car. If not this is not for you. Hotel is bit dated but well maintained. All public area is very clean. Our room was very spacious with big balcony with side Seaview. Breakfast was great, even with Covid period, there was a buffet breakfast with plenty of choice of food. Private beach was nice with Crystal clear water. It is bit rocky to enter to the water but once you are in, it is sandy. Overall good place to stay. Highly recommended.
