  Last minute break away

  We enjoyed a beautiful 2 night stay very last minute at Arden House. The loaction was perfect and accommodation very relaxed and welcoming. The hosts are so kind and accommodating. I had the pleasure of an impromptu meet with a distant relative and the hosts provided us with an area to sit and enjoy coffee together. The accommodation was well equipped in terms of the current covid situation. We felt very safe. Will definitely stay again but for longer next time. Thank you Ps...one of the nices cooked breakfast we have ever tasted.

  Weekend in harrogate

  This was our second visit to Arden House. We can't fault this B&B it has the most friendly and attentive owners. Nothing is to much trouble . It is within walking distance of the town. Mark helps with the parking. The breakfast is fabulous. We will definitely go back. Thank you Mark and Jan x

  Nice Room and Lovely Hosts

  Apologies for the late review! We stayed at Arden House for two nights in August 2020. Ample customer car parking which is super helpful when the street is permit-only - I also saw that there's cameras overlooking the car parking spaces so don't be worried about where your car is parked! Check-in was really informative, Janneke gave us a map to borrow on our travels and let us know about great places to eat that evening. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable. The wash room was a tad small but it did the job no problems :) Unfortunately my partner got admitted to hospital (non-COVID related!) on night one, and I wasn't allowed to accompany him, but Janneke and Mark were so helpful and even offered me to use their bicycle so I could drop somethings off at the hospital. Hosts that went above and beyond during a stressful situation - thank you! I had read about the breakfast before I booked, and it really lived up to expectations. Homemade jams from the hosts who were very attentive, and the whole breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast as a fab base to explore Harrogate and the surrounding areas. Harrogate town was only a 5 minute walk away and other the countryside was about a 10 minute drive.

  Passing out parade

  Have stayed in 55 Franklyn road which was so comfortable, felt like being at home. Was made extremely welcome nothing was to much trouble. Shower and bath superb , very comfortable bed great kitchen well equipped, so happy to stay here. Close to town all within walking distance. Cant wait to visit again.

  Great place to stay

  I stayed at the Arden this week whilst working away and honestly could not fault the place. Its clean and comfortable with a very pleasant dining area and the owners are really nice too. Its in a good location and I would highly recommend staying at this guesthouse.
