  Great place

  Pleasantly surprised by this lovely boutique hotel in a great location close to everything. Rooms are large with jacuzzi bath or shower good beds and a/c with a large tv with many stations. The breakfast is good but I would suggest making the eggs and cooked meats individually because it was cold on the buffet table. The condiments were old and the coffee was excellent!! A pleasure to be a guest and would return if the opportunity seizes

  Great suprice this hotel

  When looking for a place on the internet I did not expect this place to be so lovely. We stayed with 10 friends and really enjoyed the hotel, which is an old mansion turned in to a boutique hotel with great care and taste. I loved the local local influence. Super breakfast, friendly staff and the hospitallity was as it should be in Greece. We could do every on foot. A real place to come back to

  Beautiful antique hotel in the heart of Ioannina.

  There was no availability at our favourite hotel so we booked here as it was a similar location and price plus the added bonus of parking. The hotel is a diamond in the rough. The street is full of derelict, boarded up buildings covered in graffiti which is such a shame but then this is Greece! The hotel is immaculate inside and out. The furnishings in the room, reception, lounge and breakfast area are antique with lovely wooden floors, fireplaces and rich colour schemes. Some lovely touches with liqueurs on the table, tsipouro in the rooms, proper glasses and espresso coffee machine. Comfy beds, dressing gowns and slippers provided, large tv, great views, his n hers sinks, friendly owners who could not do enough for us. Great value for money, we cant wait to return.

  Great location, stylish, clean, friendly.

  I can't think of a better place to stay in Ioannina. We stayed for 5 nights here in July and came away very happy. A great location, beautifully decorated, and friendly staff makes this place a winner. Location: It is down a narrow alley but was driveable even in our wide car. The hotel has a limited number of parking spots which is very valuable in this location. It is just one block back from the waterfront and very walkable to downtown. Unless we wanted to drive outside of the city we just left the car parked at the hotel. There are too many restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area to list. Arrival and check-in. When we arrived and entered the hotel. The lobby is beautiful, decorated in a traditional style, and spotlessly clean. We were greeted by a very friendly young woman who was wearing protective gear. The hotel had hand sanitizer and face masks available for guests that didn't have them. Traveling is a time of Covid-19 is strange but at this hotel, they really do it right. This young woman became a favorite of ours. She had excellent English and superb customer skills for someone so young. She provided great advice, made us laugh, and felt like a friend by the end of our stay. Room. Our room was very large, especially the bathroom which featured dual sinks and a large soaking tub. The room itself featured a large bed, really classy decorations, and a cute balcony with a small table. Everything was spotlessly clean. It was 30+ degrees our entire stay and the Air Conditioner worked great at keeping the room cool. The hotel also provides breakfast. There is a small patio in the back and a restaurant in the basement. In addition, on some days they served breakfast at another hotel they own which is a 2-minute walk down the same street. Breakfast was very good as well, a nice selection of hot and cold foods and some very good coffee. Breakfast cleanliness was also taken seriously. All staff had masks on and customers were directed to just point at what they wanted. The system worked well and gave one a feeling of safety. Location. Its literally a 2 minute walk the lakefront which features a beautiful walking path and bike path. There are many great restaurants here, and we never had a bad meal. It's about a 10-minute walk into the shopping area of town, and may major stores are there. Overall we came away very happy with the hotel. If we are ever back in town we will surely stay here.

  Great boutique hotel

  We found the hotel in the internet and chose it due to location near town center and (very) reasonable price. Upon arrival we found beautifully decorated lobby and beautiful guest room. Rooms include everything you wish for. Nice and helpful ful staff and very good breakfast. And, very important, a private (if smallish) parking lot.
