Lovely placeWe had a short but sweet stay at the Arches. We were greeted warmly by Ann, who showed us to our very nice and spacious room. Afterwards, my wife and I went for a wonderful run along the quiet country road that goes past her home. That evening we walked the short distance into the village, where we had a nice dinner and a pint at a pub. Then it was a pleasant stroll back to the comfort of the Arches. Sadly, we had to leave before breakfast.

Welcoming, clean and comfortable.Booked at short notice and it was a perfect short stay. We felt very welcome. The whole place was spotlessly clean and my room was lovely with comfortable bed, hot drinks, toiletries etc and free wifi. Parking was easy and it was a short walk into the village in the evening for dinner - though if you'll be returning after dark be sure to take a torch, the walk to its quiet location is not lit all the way. Breakfast was generous and tasty.

Friendly host, comfortable room, good locationWe stayed here for 1 night in August 2019. Ann was very welcoming, and our room was lovely and spacious with garden views. The ensuite was large and the shower was good. Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. There is plenty of off-street parking at the B&B. It's only a short walk to town and the town is lovely. We ate at the Dunguaire Castle banquet, which was great entertainment and a lot of fun. It's about 25 minutes walk from the B&B but we ended up driving as it was rainy and the banquet finished quite late. Breakfast was delicious, and we would definitely stay here again.
