  Great ski hotel for the family

  We were impressed with the hotel! The family room was spacious and had a great layout! As others commented there is not much room for the clothes but it was enough! The food at the bar was very good as well as the space for the kids and the adults. It was very quiet in the bar, we were at a Club Med in the previous week and the much calmer atmosphere called our attention. The spa was great, kids loved the kids and main pool and it was nice after a day in the slope. Another big plus is that it is just besides the piste for Plagne Centre, in front of Becoin lift. This means it is super close to the galleries with a very good amount of shops and restaurants. Great holiday in a great hotel!

  Great ski trip , lovely hotel

  Really great hotel . Location is perfect for ski in ski out . Love the interior design . Buffet breakfast really good and a lot of choice too . Lovely modern bar suitable for all the family . Totally agree with other reviews that the rooms are a little small and far too hot . We turned the heating off but the room was still very stuffy . We resigned to opening the window but was a little noisy . Very clean , comfortable bed and plenty of lovely fluffy towels and robes with flippers for your trip to the spa . Nuxe products in bathroom and spa . Our only gripe along with other guests was that children were allowed in the spa ?! Far too noisy and many unaccompanied by an adult . Ive never been to a spa where under 16s are allowed in let alone run riot n the pool and sauna and steam rooms . A disappointment for people wanting to relax and chill . The children have a fantastic area just for them with cinema , soft play area , games machines and juice , water and popcorn on tap . There really should be and adult only time for the spa . We would definitely come back again .

  A wonderful hotel & Spa (Spa needs "No children" sessions)

  1st time we have stayed at this hotel and we loved it and we definitely will want to go back. Quality of decoration and room standards was fantastic, bar area was beautiful and the restaurant had a great selection of foods every day for breakfast and dinner. Nassera in the restaurant was just such a lovely lady and made our stay really memorable - we loved her ! The complimentary water and soft drinks available 24/7 is a great idea and we loved having the spa facilities. Agree with other reviews that rooms were warm - but we did love that as so many other hotels (rooms & bar/restaurant are freezing in la Plagne), so it was nice not to have to wear hoods the whole holiday and everything dried so quickly which was fab - will definitely reduce suitcase weight next year ! Ski room was great - really helpful staff every day helping carry our skis down the stairs - really nice touch. I agree with an other review left on 14th Feb (who stayed at the same time as us) ******Our only gripe along with other guests was that children were allowed in the spa & allowed to be far too noisy and many unaccompanied by an adult . Other than that - this is an amazing hotel and can't wait to go back. They gave red roses, valentines "shares" cocktails and special valentines deserts on Feb 14th which was lovely.   Perfect hotel on the slopes and charging option for Tesla in parking ...

  This was our 5th year and we had a great time, we choose this hotel for the perfect location right on the slopes, the great spa and the friendly staff and overall very good food ... Also this is the 4th year I come with my Tesla (full electric car) and it's very convenient to be able to charge in the parking lot ... We hope to be back next year - thanks !

  Heaven sent

  The whole experience was wonderful....skiing to the front door, sauna to relax the muscles, stunning cocktails and an elaborate array of delicious meals. The staff were so friendly - even carrying our skis up the stairs and collecting them for us. Cant wait to come back!
