  Beside the beach!

  We had a 'Deluxe Double Room with Sea View ' for 10 nights at 890 euros for 10 nights through Booking..com . We had a King sized bed and , our room was very spacious as was also , our balcony where we had 2 sunbeds plus a patio dining table with 2 chairs . Albania has a 'Closed Currency' but , I had prebooked return taxis from the airport through 'Rideaway' and this taxi service is excellent ! With no local currency in hand , we ate in the Aragosta Restaurant for the first night and , just charged 'Our Room' . The breakfast included was okay but , after a while I managed to order ham and freshly cooked fried eggs ....just ask the waitress . Re changing money , turn right out of the hotel and walk for about 450 yards, there is a place on the left with a good exchange rate ! Just before that , you come to a Spar supermarket , on the same side of the road . . If you want cheap cigarettes , turn right out of the hotel and you will find a shop that sells them , not too far away . Turn left out of the hotel , there is a restaurant where you can get a morning coffee or a meal etc etc . We ate in the hotel restaurant several times and , the meals here were good .We also liked to eat in ' 4stinet' which was close by along the seafront , for lunches or for an evening meal . We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and , the staff at reception were always helpful.

  Nothing special

  My room was at the best three star. Very small, hot, broken shower cabin. Clean Close to beach. Damaged power outlet close to shower. Friendly staff Great pizzas in the hotels restaurant.

  Right by the sea

  The sea view rooms were fabulous with a balcony right out onto the beach. I was there outside of any sunbathing season but it was still lovely to have the view and the sounds of the sea. The rooms were bit and well equipped. The restaurant was also very nice and well priced. A special mention to the front desk staff who were very friendly and accommodating, and spoke excellent English.

  Very good

  Aragosta Hotel & Restaurant is one of the hotels and restaurants that gives you one of the most beautiful views of the city of Durres. As far as the hotel is concerned, the rooms did not provide the proper comfort and the reception service should be faster. As far as the restaurant is concerned, it is definitely one of the best choices that any of us can make. The meals were very tasty and served fixed time. In addition to enjoying a delicious meal, it can also see a sunset that will always be remembered ...

  EXCELLENT BEACH HOTEL NEAR CITY CENTER

  Very well located near the city center. One of the few hotels in the city beach side. Spacious room with a view. Sunbeds in balcony were fantastic idea. The breakfast has no words. Excellent service too. Very good at all.
