  Amazing vacation

  There are no words enough to describe how amazing the time spent at your resort was. One must experience it. I just want to say BIG THANK YOU to all the people who are the part of the Aquilia resort. At your hotel we spent the best vacation ever. Nice and smiling people, perfect accomodation, super delicious food, clean beach. Plus the wonderful scenery surrounding your resort..... What more could one wish for?

  Very nice!

  Italy has always been in the top 10 destinations for czech tourists, which for me, makes it a bit less interesting. Yet, we succeeded in finding a resort that would not be crowded with my fellow citizens. Aquila resort is beautiful, there are 2 pools here, a very nice bar, small outside gym (which sometimes works, sometimes doesn't) and also a nice podium, where the night program is being held. The rooms (residences( are huge, 2 rooms with 2 beds, one kitchen and one bathroom. Just enough! The food is delicious, just the breakfast menu is a bit limited. Otherwise, the dinner and lunch menu is huge and everything is delicious! What made me take away one star was the fact, that our room was never visited by cleaners throughout our visit, the garbage from our garbage can was not ever thrown away and we had to beg for clean towels. This was the only turn-down for me. The beach is literally 3 minutes away from the resort, it is very clean and reserved just for the resort guests.

  Massive disappointment

  I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, I was very unhappy with my choice - poor choice of food, always the same dishes and most of them served cold - all inclusive finished 10pm and it was only water and wine included, for cola cola, juice, vodka, gin you need to pay - nobody spoke english, even youngest employees didn't understand words like water, juice - outdoor gym was not to be used, all equipment was old and covered in spiders' web - many extra charges, like using towels or using chairs on the beach, even though it was stated different - hotel promised car rental or atm machines but there was none, they charge you extra for things so you need to get a taxi to get extra cash

  1 week stay in Family Room

  Pro's: - good room, AC, enough space for 3-4 people - lunch time grill food is fine, everyday is different - dessert is good - usually friendly staff - room cleaning and towels change done every day, clean bed linen - free wifi, but only in pools area Con's: - dinner is always the same fish - VERY VERY dirty cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc... - almost no one speaks English - all inclusive wine and bear is not so good - no Internet in room P.S. there are several types of all inclusive, they are different, some of them include more beverages, some of them include less. It seems, this place is mostly for Italians.

  Amazing hotel in Calabria!!!

  I stayed there in August for two weeks and I found myself excellent. The animation was really good, I've never laughed so much in my whole life. The animators Biagio Vanesa Anna Maria and Aurelio were so friendly and heart open that made you feel like you are a part of their big family. The rooms were clean and it's not possible to give less than 10/10. The dishes were also fantastic, all the meals were prepared freshly and every day you found a meat and fresh fish prepared on grill. Outstanding experience!!!
