  Buena Relación calidad/precio y ubicación excelente

  Me sorprendió este hotel por la calidad de sus servicios en relación al precio. Desayuno excelente, muy variado y una ubicación céntrica. Unico inconveniente es el aparcamiento, ya que el hotel no cuenta con plazas, pero a 5 minutos hay calles con zona azul. La decoración del hotel tiene cierto estilo minimalista y las habitaciones poseen personalidad.

  Great location in City Center

  The hotel is just off the Pazza del Duomo. Great location for getting to restaurants, shops, and enjoying the center. We stayed here for two nights. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean and safe. The breakfast was okay, but not as good as some of the other hotels we stayed in. I would definitely return to this hotel on our next trip.

  Perfect

  This is a small hotel (16 rooms) right in the center of Trento. We had a perfect room (Depere: no room numbers but names, he designed the Campari-Soda bottle) which was small but perfect: the bed, the air conditioning, the fabulous shower! Also the breakfast in the beautiful cellar was perfect. We will be back next year.

  Perfect location.

  We enjoyed a three night stay. The hotel fully met our expectations, based on customer reviews. The location was good for access to the station and for exploring the town. The room was clean, comfortable and warm. The breakfast choice was excellent. Less happy with the WiFi but not a major issue. Would be happy to return.

  Not quite there.

  I came away from my stay at the Aquila d'Oro feeling slightly cheated. The welcome was less than warm - I'd arrived at 12.30 to be told, abruptly, that the room wasn't ready and to come back at 3 pm. No offer of an alternative room (the hotel wasn't busy) or apology. I came back later to find a different receptionist who asked me to finalise payment for the stay as they "wanted to avoid too many people congregating at the entrance in the morning". Yeah right. There is some attempt at wit in the room decoration, which doesn't go amiss, but basically this is a small pensione done up to resemble a boutique hotel. I had a room on the 2nd floor and could clearly hear voices in reception on the ground floor. Don't expect a good night's sleep. I was kept awake until late by what seemed to be the very loud soundtrack of an open-air cinema. The entrance is not easy to find, behind a rather tawdry café. Also, having paid 98 euro for said room, I would have expected, at the very least, toiletries. I really don't need an infrared sauna when I stay in a hotel. On the plus side, the breakfast had a good choice and the location is excellent. Just off the main square and walking distance from the train station. The cleaners were cheerful and friendly and did a very good job of cleaning rooms. I wouldn't go back, not least because I expected more for my money and a decent night's sleep.
