  El hugar que hizo mi corazon latiera locamente

  Un lugar increiblemente hermoso lleno de mucha diversion!!!Juegos y tantas!!!Me gusta muchooo!!!Conoci a Elli!!!Juntos bailamos la zumba!!!Te amo guapaaaa!!!Junto con Benjamin practicamos yoga!!!Hemos sido increiblemente emocionados! Regresare de nuevo!!!

  Estas vacaciones fueron las mejores, la pasé con mi familia estuvimos una semana la música estaba en concreto en hotel estuvo muy jenial el equipo de animasion es excelente en especial brando, emircan, ceren,dada la comida estava muy buena avía mucha vrisa pero no abia problema porque igual la pasé vien el personal de el poolbar soy muy amables el cuarto estaba muy limpio definitiva mentelo recomendaría todos

  Disappointing

  We stayed at the hotel for 1 week in Sept it wasn't a great experience at all. We arrived early for check in and were advised our room was not ready which was fair enough so we were advised we could use the hotel facilities until our room was ready. When my husband went to check in we were given no information about the facilities, no information about meal times, Al la Carte restaurants not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Meals times were herendous there was no such a thing a social distancing people were literally on top of you and this was a very uncomfortable experience especially with what is going on with Covid -19. None of staff were there to control the situation. Some of the staff were arguing in between each other in front of customers. We booked this hotel after reading previous reviews of how great the hotel was in regards to taking precautions due to Covid - 19 but this was clearly not the case whilst we were there. We felt unsafe and the wait times for speciality dishes were so long there were 2 people serving hundreds of customers most of the time we would give up and turn away. We got talking to a couple who advised us about the A La Carte Restaurant on our 3rd day and when we went to the customer relations desk we were advised they were full and had to room for any further bookings and that was it. We found the stay disappointing and would not expect this sort of standard from any 5 star hotel.

  Okan was amazing 11/10 customer service pre-holiday

  I cannot express how amazing Okan was from the sales and marketing team. I booked through OntheBeach.com and they made an error on my room. Sadly they could not help resolve the issue. So I some how managed to get through to Okan who works for the resort. He immediately got onto the matter a resolved the situation straight away and assured me I was getting the room I wanted. He even said any issues on the day to ask for him or the note left on file. I am extremely satisfied by the excellent service provided by Okan. I am not one to leave a review before the trip but this had to be mentioned. Just amazing. A great shout out to Okan from the sales and marketing team. Thank you from me and my family in advance!

  Best Hotel I've stayed in

  This hotel was amazing the room was beautiful and done up amazing everyday the staff were fantastic and so accommodating especially the entertainment staff amazing with all the activities and the children's club and the kids so meany things to do shops in sight so friendly and just all round Fantastic would recommend this place to everyone I know, the food was amazing all different types to accommodate everyone. The spa was beyond amazing so gutted we couldn't have booked for 2 weeks but will be booking up to go again when we can definitely for 2 weeks this time!!!
