  Family place and really quiet place

  Place is very quiet and people are friendly, accommodation are clean and it has everything in the kitchen and ready to cooking. places for kids, and many pools in the resort, also there is a kid party every Thursday which I find it very good for kids

  Terrible experience

  I stayed at your property on 25,26 February 2020, which was my second visit to Aquamarine. We left with great disappointment and with a mind set up that we shouldnt return to this hotel or recommend to others. We arrived after 3 pm (standard check-in time) as we knew in advance, an early check was nearly impossible. I had requested for someone to help us with the bags as we were staying on the first floor. No one arrived although we waited for some time, then we decided to carry them our self. The first day afternoon was pretty ok until we came to know the swimming pool is closing at 5 pm. We didnt see the reason for it. However, I remember the pool was open until late evening during the previous visit. We hardly got any time to spend in the pool that day. On the second day, there was no water in the room until 10:30 am. The pool was a big mess as it couldnt be cleaned due to water shortage and due to dusty weather conditions on the previous night. Once the water issue was solved, we identified that the drainage near the pantry was overflowing to the living room, and it had an awful smell. We have been trying to reach someone at the reception since early morning to notify the water shortage and also the drainage issue, but no one answered the phone. We went personally to the reception building, and the doors were closed. And many other guests were walking outside wondering what to do. Finally, after several phone calls, someone answered the phone, he never apologized or mentioned any solution to the problem. Later a cleaner came to the room to enquire about the drainage water, and he left after inspecting that. The issue was not at all solved. At 11:30, I called the reception requesting a late checkout, but the guy was so rude and said I cant give you not even a minute. This was a very shocking response despite all the trouble that we went through, and the whole approach had no professionalism, and ultimately a dont care attitude. As I understand, the management of this property manages few well-known hotels, including Best Western in Kuwait, and I expected some standard in the way they operate Aquamarine.

  Bad cleaning service

  I visit the resort with my family, and we stay for 3 nights. Once we checked in, chalet was not well cleaned, food residue found under the sofa cushions, some juice marks available on furnitures, as well on the walls, toilers not well cleaned. Food average, no varieties and options. The good things that the swimming pool is good for children, for adults there is no other options to swim. Location is good, some activities can be done like bicycle, walking on the beach.

  Nice place for famill and big swimming pool and restaurant and good for child Very clean hotel room and pool we staying 3 days there the chalets good for 7 people with maid room .. have fun with child in swimming pool and privat pool for women

  Good for family

  It was far away at end of borders. Beach was un clean but in morning with tide we was able to walk for inside the sea. The chalet was spacious and clean but may need more cleaning and perfume. Pool was nice but water was very cold. They are hiring bicycles but it was expensive and not allowing bicycles from outside. Food in restaurant was good
