  We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Its over 2 levels with the bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and living and kitchen upstairs. There is a furnished balcony overlooking the beach. It was very comfortable and spacious. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent

  4 star resort apparently, Carnt say we would agree!!! After what appeared to be blood stains and what ever else on curtains and some kind of fluid stains on the bed we doubt this room was even anywhere up to scratch of hygienically clean let alone Covid standards very disappointing after hours of driving and just wanting to rest the body & soul for the evening with the hubby..However after cancellation of booking money was refunded and now off to find hopefully cleaner n more satisfying accommodation not to much to ask for when paying for a 4 star accommodation I don't think.. to Aqualuna Beach Resort..

  Amazing hotel with unprofessional staff

  Overall the hotel was fantastic and in perfect location but unfortunately the reception staff wasnt professional. I booked the hotel via phone and I went to the hotel and I told her that I have reservation but she said there was no booking on my name. I showed her the call details and she said I have no idea. How rude and unprofessional she is???? I have to rebook again. If there was no room available I have to go back to search for other hotel. All I can say is just get the experienced staff.

  Quite Disappointed In Our Stay

  Quite disappointed in our stay. The quality of the rooms a very run down! And is not what the pictures are when booking. False photos of the rooms. Doors were in poor condition, lights out side didnt even work. Floors and carpets are not in good condition. Was absolutely shocked in the way the fridge door looked, had massive dints in it every where in a beautiful fridge! No milk, no water, no ice. Nothing at all!! But yet there was coffee and milk and no sugar. There was no door in the laundry, beds were very small. Outside balcony was disgusting hasnt been cleaned in god knows how long. Mould and dirt was on all curtains very filthy. Sliding doors to the balcony were broken, fly screen was ripped. This place definitely needs an upgrade to all rooms. Some money needs to be well spent. The only thing that was nice was the furniture. Please dont be fooled in thinking this place is nice cause photos are not what they seem!

  Beautiful views but villa needs attention

  Disappointing overnight stay. Bags full of dirty linen left in front of villas - still there next morning. Leaking bathroom tap, wobbly sofa legs, missing curtain hooks, broken range hood, dishwasher but no dishwashing powder. We won't be returning, nor recommending this place.
