  Very nice terrace with fantastic service

  We spent a very good evening with drinks and blankets, great service and attention from the waiter and excellent desserts, really recommended. Terrace next to the river across the main entrance into the hotel.

  Perfect service!

  This trip I booked for my parents as a gift for their anniversary. Parents were more than glad after this trip. Amazing rooms, with perfect furniture and bed. As the gift they recieved complimentary upgrade(per availibility) to their best room with 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms. Hotel was very quiet and relaxing. They were impresssed by the hotel SPA, bathrobes and slippers were prepared in the room upon their arrival. Breakfast was as well very good, with all you need:) So highly reccomend this hotel for any kind of trip :) Contact the reception of any question you have, they are very helpfull :) Perfect stay:)

  Great location

  We stayed in the apartment, which is in the next house to the hotel. The access is rather up and down stairs. Clean accommodation with good bed, big fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (bring Nestlé pads!), oven (without racks), sink (without tea-towels or washing-up brush), iron (without ironing board), washing machine (without clothes rack or dryer), good shower, stove and TV. No safe in the apartment, but we could you the one at reception. The breakfast in the hotel was adequate. The coffee wasn't palatable. Parking was 3 minutes walk away. The spa area looked clean, yet rather small. The location was very central.

  Heart of the most quaint town ever.

  Started our girl trip at the spa town to relax away jet lag. Great plan! O2 treatment at hotel and across the street to the colonnade for special thermal waters. Just down the block for the beautiful thermal spa. Tram ride to butterfly display and nice hike back to hotel. The breakfast was fabulous and included, the rooms were spacious and balcony welcomed. We watched the light shows from balcony and luckily brought earplugs to drown out repetitious music. Karlovy Vary is a magical place and we stayed at a perfectly located boutique hotel to take it all in.

  Quaint fresh hotel in the heart of the spa city

  The hotel has a great location across the Mlýnská colonnade with fantastic views. Check-in and check-out was quick. The room De Luxe Colonnade was spacious, clean and with quaint furniture. The bathroom was also super clean with all necessary equipment (including hair-dryer, small shampoo, shower gel, body lotion etc.). There was a minibar (quite expensive though) and a tea kettle and tea bags in the room. The bed was pretty hard for sleeping, but for 2 nights ok. Restaurant is very stylish. The first dinner was buffé, the second was served (one had to choose a day before from the menu), both days a sallad bar and desserts were available. The big disappointment was that it was not possible to order a lager beer to the dinner. As we were said, the hotel did not manage to replenish supplies after the New Year's Eve (we were there a weekend after). Moreover, the bar was closed too. The breakfast was ok - one can even order pancakes or ham-and-eggs, but information about this possibility came after we had finished eating... The spa area is quite small but very well equipped and nicely clean. The only reproach - the spa seemed to be undermanned. At one point, the personnel run from one to another room to manage different clients. Some procedures were delayed with 10-15 minutes. Both pool and saunas (steam and dry) are available from 9 am to 9 pm (saunas only to 8:30 pm). Bathrobes and slippers are available in the room.
