  Great view from room

  Although it was a bit of a walk to the restaurant street, it was a welcome walk. Room was good enough for 4 of us. Good breakfast in good dining room. Staff spoke good English, which is a bonus for me.

  Nice Hotel

  room are clean,spectacular seaview,breakfast ok,Staff spoke good English, which is ok,Especially in a local place like Eceabat you can find really good producesThe description and the photos plus the reviews looked good enough to stay for a night.

  Great Hotel in Eceabat close to the Gallipoli Memorials.

  We booked this hotel because it is near the Memorials for Gallipoli and you do not have to keep on crossing the Bosphorus from Canakkale. We slept with the sound of the Bosphorus lapping at the side of the hotel, simply wonderful. Breakfast was Turkish one and it was buffet style so you could help yourself, and there was plenty of it.. They do not do evening meals, but there are paces to eat in Eceabat. The room was clean and very large and the bathroom was spotless. The decor was Turkish and really added to the feel of the place, there is also a very small display of artifacts from Gallipoli, which was lovely and loads of maps on display, there are no lifts. We were there for two nights wish it could have bee more. Very friendly staff and we will definitely be going back. The Lone Pine Memorial was about at 10 to 15 mins drive from the hotel. So quite easy to get to the Memorials. A huge thank you to all the staff for making it such a pleasant stay.

  Would not stay again

  Pros - Lovely sea view, close proximity to memorials, plenty of parking, right on the water, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is actually quite big, but it's looking a bit tired. The photos were far better than the actual thing. The entrance is nice. It's big and spacious, but we were literally the only people there, it felt a bit eerie. Breakfast was fine and we liked the views of the sea from our dining table. There was lots of bread, dips, cucumber, olives, tomato, grilled veges, and an assortment of spreads - butter, jam, honey, etc. I give this hotel a "poor" rating because our room was below standard. There was a lot of mold in our bathroom and even though they provided bathroom slippers, I still didn't feel super comfortable. Our room smelled like sewage/rotten eggs, and the radiator kept me up with a dripping sound for most of the night. For us, it was really the smell of our room that made me give it a low rating, that and most of the light bulbs were burnt out or there was no bulb in the light socket. We told the kids that their noses would adjust to the smell and to keep the bathroom door closed. I did find it odd though that they put us in a room with lights that didn't work or were missing. Surely you'd change out the light bulbs prior to guest arrival? Anyway, we managed for a night, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer and I would not recommend it to my friends or family.

  Budget Hotel with a gorgeous sea view

  Rooms are definetely poor that needs deep cleaning. Sheets and pillow cases were very sheer, first I thought they were the lining. There is a sewage smell in the rooms. We had to keep the bathroom door closed. A/C did not work, and we had to change rooms. If you are traveling on a budget and wouldnt care much about the details, then you could like it for the location and the amazing views of the sea!
