  Worth it for a short stay.

  What they did good: - Friendly Staff - Very clean (beds, room, bathroom) - Comfi beds What might be better: - It sometimes feels a bit unpersonal if the Staff is listening or watchig it's mobile phone during check in or room organisation. It's simply improper serving somebody and not paying full attention.

  Budget Hotel, too small n Dangerous room

  Budget Inn but expensive at rm98.00 ( usd23 ) per night.Rooms are small, for 1 per person n just for 1 night, ok. DO NOT take rooms at the " other building " behind the main Inn/ hotel, its like a double storey room, unique but dangerous stairs......you can fall n hurt yourself n nobody will know after 24 hours.Location is good near the highway but for Muslim......please stay away.......no restaurants for you here.

  Terrible customer service

  I had a very bad experience with this hotel.First the receptionist guy very rude in answering when I want to check in.Apart of it, there is no parking lot provided.it is located in industrial area and not safe

  Very bad customer service

  Super rude receptionist. Raised her voice for just asking bout my online bookings. Very bad customer service. But the room is ok. Not sufficient toiletries. Only a small tub of shampoo and a small soap is provided. Not highly recommended

  Good overnight stay

  I stayed in Duplex Queen room just for an overnight stay (7 pm - 8 am). This room is located in a building behind the main hotel and it was quite scary to go out at night. However, the duplex building itself is very secured as we need to scan our access card from the gate (scan 1), 1st entrance door (scan 2), go up stairs, 2nd entrance door to access hallway (scan 3), room's door (scan 4). Please do not bring too many / large bags if you plan to choose this room. Even if you manage to bring them all up, you will have no space to put them. Overall, it was a good experience and I would happily stay here again, but no more duplex for me. This is the summary of my stay: - room size (Duplex Queen) : small - bed & pillow : comfortable - bathroom size : good - bathroom amenities : basic - soap, shampoo, water heater, towel - internet : good - TV : good - air-cond : good - cleanliness : very good (bedroom, bathroom, hallway) - room stairs : small & quite steep - room floor : squeaky sound - no elevator (duplex building)
