  if i could leave 0 stars i would ! waste of time and money, no customer service just ignorance

  We had a lot of trouble last night finding the hotel, we got lost in and around the town as, well we are from the UK and don't know the area. Your hotel was not clearly sign posted with the name and we have since learnt the hotel does infact operate under two different names?! After eventually finding the hotel, there was no parking, although when booking via booking.com it was clearly stated that your property had parking- this was the main reason we booked with you .. A member of staff insisted there was parking at the station to which there was again difficulties in finding the station and then difficulties getting back to the hotel. (We had paid nearly 300 euros for the hotel for two nights and so I asked could we have some sort of refund to all or some of the value of the stay) ...as when we returned to the property we could not get in, even though we had spoken to and met a member of staff and they had infact sent us to the station to park. Consequently we had to walk back to the station In the rain to then have to find a different hotel, even though we had been into your reception and paid for two nights, they had met us and told us where to park. As we were not checked in we could not gain access to the property and were locked out when we had returned from the station. the hotel owner took the phone from his collegue and insisted i spoke in french, he knew i could not as i had specifically asked for some one who could speak english, he then proceeded to tell me i could not hold up the phone line and hing up on me.

  Exceptional!

  I originally checked in for one night and liked it so much that I ended up staying for over three weeks. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated, everything showed an attention to detail and a consciousness of design. Everything was spotless. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, more so than any I have ever encountered in a hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; when I asked about an item I would like to see in the kitchen, they bought one that very day. As I had my own kitchen I didn't ever use their breakfast room but it seemed very well equipped with many choices, including eggs cooked to order.
