  this is a very clean budget hotel

  This hotel is located near the Zenith and Atlantis shopping. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The price was right and my children and i enjoyed our stay.

  Functional, simple apartment accommodation - getting a little tired/dirty

  We stayed here for 1 night, it was good value with parking on site (but not secure when we were there as implied on the website). A comfy double bed and sofa bed. The corridors and apartments are looking a bit tired/dirty and the hotel is in the middle of the industrial estate so is ideal for a quick stop en-route somewhere but I wouldn't recommend it for a proper stay.

  Basic comfort -

  Basic comfort is available in this hotel. The breakfast is OK but not super. The room/suites have a kitchenette with basic applyances. The bed was definitily not very comfortable. WIFI is extremely slow. This is good for a quick pass through. The thing I missed was a bar for an after work cocktail. There is a bar but hardly ever populated. I'll be back but passing on quickly.

  Disappointing stay

  My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights in May 2015 and we were very disappointed from the beginning till the the end of our stay. Firstly, if you are booking this accommodation due to the 'free parking' as they incorrectly advertise on their website then please do not! Parking is NOT free! You have to pay extra for this! The wifi is also not free! Again you have to pay extra for this. When we got to our room it was dirty. There was a lot of dust and dirt on the furniture and around the room. So before we could even settle in we had to tidy the room to a clean and habitable standard. By this point we were already very unhappy. But we tried to give it a chance. However, after the first night it was still very disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable and we were provided with only 2 old worn out pillows. We visited the reception to request that our towels be changed and if we could have some decent pillows. We were told that we had to pay if we wanted new towels and that they had run out of pillows! At this point we asked if we could cancel the reservation because the experience so far was terrible. But given that we had already paid it was not possible. So we made sure that we were out all day and only came back at night to try and rest our heads. Overall I definitely will not be returning to Park & Suites Confort Saint-Herblain. I would not recommend that anyone makes a reservation here as you will be very disappointed.

  Basic but Comfortable

  We stayed here for one night last summer.There was no 24 hour reception so you have ring them in advance if you are arriving late.It was easy to find using our gps.Basic but comfortable.Considering the price that we paid,I think it is good value.
