  Basic but clean and functional

  This place gives you a sense of something between a block of flats and a self-catering hotel. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is very rich. You are 15 minute walk from the city centre and the train stations. Overall this is a rather basic accommodation but I would not hesitate staying here again.

  Bad experience, never see something like that!!!!!

  We are a company from Portgual, since february have a many apartments booked in the Euralille, but today, after the payment by travel agency, somebody from this Hotel spoke to one of workers that should be go away cause was missing the payment, but we have all documents showing this payment... The same problem happened a week ago....They accept people without a vacancy...

  Arrived to 2 double rooms with a temperature of over 30 degrees. The motorway view and noise from the window (neighbours constant smoking) isn't what I envisaged. Not near any city it took 30 mins to find it. The receptionist was rude and can't or won't help to move us. There are rooms available. Apparently no fans but one in the office behind reception... its booked by someone else??

  No AC - bitten by bugs !

  I stayed her to visit the antiques fair in Lille - so had to pay 120/night ! It was hot but there was no air conditioning and no fan - I had to open the window but I was bitten badly by bugs ! Breakfast is 12 which is expensive! No safe and the room was not cleaned daily by the maid ! Only good thing was the location close to the tram stop ! Its not a hotel - it is definitely just an small apartment!

  Good location

  We visited here 23 September. This was the first time we had stayed in this kind of complex. The rooms are clean and we kept. It is in a very quiet area and easy to travel to Lille town centre 2 stops on the metro. Eurostar station is one stop on the metro. Unfortunately I didnt read the small print and didnt realise that you dont get clean towels you are given one towel each and a shower mat No hand towels and they have to last you for your stay we stayed 3 nights you have to pay extra for clean towels I found it cheaper to buy two towels in the town. So I would advise take some with you on your trip. The breakfast is continental but a good choice to choose from the staff are pleasant.
