Karma restaurant: tasty foodVery tasty food. Price is also affordable. This is bar cum restaurant. But you can visit with family also. It is 500 m from pink square mall. This karma restaurant is adjacent to apex intercontinental hotel.

Worst experience- owner is a robberWe booked 5 rooms for our delegation and with a confirmation that they provide bottled water and breakfast during the stay. After our guests checked out after 4 days, the hotel billed us for about 20 mineral water bottles and breakfast and also charged miscellaneous in different places. The rooms are not that great but we booked the place only because it was walking distance from our venue. The owner is rude and very greedy. There is no management. The sheets are stained, doormats are torn. We paid more amount that they deserved but urge that nobody should stay in a hotel where people dont even know the meaning of hospitality.

Worst ever experience !We were two couples, who visited here for Christmas extended weekend. Nothing works here actually; neither the telephone in room, nor the showers in the bathroom. All the furnitures seem to be broken. Please verify that the sofa you are sitting on has unbroken four legs. The hotel has free WiFi facility, but when asked the password "Sorry Mam, our WiFi is not working currently" that was the answer for the whole weekend. Worst service. Worst people. Room is very expensive as per the services received. Tea doesn't taste like tea. Please do not go by the pictures of the hotel rooms, reception, lobby available in the internet. They might have been shot by wide lens camera and worked by good Photoshop editor. Do not ruin your vacation as we did by checking in here. There are plenty of hotels available in Jaipur.

Not Recommended. Only go here if all other hotels are sold out.Location: Nice - in the city center. All major amenities are within 2 KM radius Property: Decent. Does not look like a shady hotel. Food - I only ate breakfast - was not terrible. Tea was disgusting. Coffee was tolerable. Wifi: Doesn't work, so - no comments. Phone in the room - did not work, so, you walk all the way down to reception to ask for a bottle of water. The worst part is that they knew that it is an issue and did not bother to fix it. Table in the room - Broken - not replaced - they just took it away Hot Water - Came in the bathroom on day 1 for 2 hours. (It was a 3 day 2 night stay) Bathroom - The water will leak non stop if you do not turn the valve off. Public bathroom on ground floor - Commode doesn't have seat, no hand wash, no drier or tissue papers. The basin was about to fall off. Outside food - not allowed Overall - It was a terrible mistake staying there. Will not ever consider staying in that hotel.

They bring hot water in buckets Bathroom fittings broken.. Connection to exhaust fan broken.. Electric sockets are direct. There is not ventilation on floors. Broken switch boards Broken window locks Breakast rotton.. They infact even served us breadtoast Dont know how long they keep the uncooked / half cooked food which had crossed its best before date. When complained , they act as ignorant as they can. Even d door knobs are not there in many rooms There r 4 liqor shops next to hotel Staff cooperative with speach alone, rahul shah but nothing in his hands he say.. Not recommended to fmailies
